There is no way to contact the actual business unless I drive to the location personally. The phone number provided is invalid. It's actually a number for another business that gives you a number, that gives you a number, that gives you a number. Too much of a hassle. For being a "Sears" store that just seems way to sketchy.

I had a great experience buying my Kitchen-Aide Dishwasher. I called Hank asking for recommendations and within the hour he sent me 3 quotes. I made my choice and within 5 days my dishwasher was installed. Great service and very helpful. Thanks Hank.

Wonderful experience with.Sears in bay city. Bought a freezer, went in they had exactly what I was asking for. 2 months later was needing a riding lawnmower and they had a great selection to choose from. Hank explained each and everyone and we talked about the things I needed Great customer service. Even needed some ramps to get my mower off the trailer and he dropped off some at my place to use. Gotta love small town buisnesses
