“I have nothing but great things to say about Ward storage in Bay City. I used the climate controlled unit. The facility is very conveniently located, very secure (monitored), clean and easy to access. Very reasonably priced compared with other facilities. The payment (auto-payment) wed-site was easy and flawless. I used the unit for over two years without an issue. Amanda Sutton, property manager was super helpful and very professional. I recommend this facility.”

She also was very helpful and understanding, I was going through a hard spot to where I couldn't pay my unit, and this location had very good options on payment arrangements. They don't give you a hard time and it was very easy getting the full deposit back with no knit picking.”
