New to the area. Went to this location because my phone bricked up. I was lied to about changing my plan. Michael assured me my rate would stay the same. Now I'm stuck paying over $100 extra dollars a month on just service, not equipment. You know you screwed us over and didn't care. What horrible customer service!

Michael and CJ were very patient with me in switching over to T-mobile. They were knowledgeable on everything. Every question I threw at them, they handled well. Definitely recommend.

Watch out for KOBI! He is a snake as he added a device to my account without my permission! He said this item is FREE! I told him that I did not want this FREE item. Well, he snuck into my bag with a modem I had gone to exchange in Bay City, Texas. Guess what? When I received my bill, I was charged for this item $108.00 plus $10 per month for protection plan. When taking it back to the store. he said sorry, you have to pay for this item as it is past the 14 days. I had my attorney get involved and I was refunded the entire amount plus I was sent a pre-paid label to return this unwanted item.Watch out for Kobi as he will say it’s free and then you will get billed! Several other people I know have also been taken advantage of by this snake! I will never go to this store again and will use a corporate store, not a 3rd party owned store. So, BEWARE of KOBI!

I would give them less than 1 star if possible.I purchased a screen protector from them for the S23 Ultra on 4/14. The employee offered to install it and I agreed. I figured they were better at it than I would be.The guy worked on it for nearly an hour trying to get the bubbles out. This morning, the protector is coming up on the edges and the bubbles are all back so I take my receipt and ask them to replace it. An employee days, "I can try and fix it." He sticks his finger under the edge of the protector and peels it back. Now his fingerprint is stuck to the adhesive side of the protector and the protector is now bent where it was peeled back. The manager then comes out and I explain to him and show him what the employee did while trying to "fix" the problem. The manager then asks me for my account info which I don't have any more . I left the previous day after 18 years with T Mobile. The manager then tells me he won't replace it because I didn't buy the phone from them. I explained the phone wasn't broken, it was the protector that was damaged. He then tells me it was damaged when I came in. It had bubbles but it wasn't damaged. He said,There's nothing I'm going to do so maybe you should have bought the protector from AT&T.Absolutely horrible customer service. Both the manager and employee were very rude and made no attempt to rectify the situation after trying to "fix" the issue but only making it worse.Stay away from this place!

The sales team Carlos and Ben were awesome they showed compassion they did the best that they could to help with the situation, back story, As a result in Sprint's LTE Network expiring we had Samsung Galaxy A50 3G device that was no longer going to work, therefore we had to get another device and because the Samsung A50 device was was a Lease phone, we had to return the phone, My Uncle returned the phone to the Baycity location, the employee took the phone wiped it clean, took the phone to the back office, We are in October I am still being billed for the phone. Now no one has no infomation on on the phone that was returned, I have been a customer of Sprint for over 10 years, NEVER have I been humiliated by anyone with Sprint, the Manager ROYCE at the Baycity location was condescending he implied that I was not telling the truth saying something was fishy. I will be reporting this matter to the corporate level.

Can't give it zero which it deserves. Wanted to check my creditors and asked to unfreeze my security. I did and they still wanted all three agencies interrupted which is not necessary for credit checks. I have two phones Verizon+++and T-Mobile - government phone. They insisted on running three checks even though Experian covers all plus my fico score which they said they couldn't use. I'm ex-military discounted by Verizon and Texas parks and wildlife and a few others Also been AARP and AAA for over 12years. I also seen them trying to con an elderly couple into two new numbers and phones stating they couldn't use their original numbers which is also illegal actions on their store site operations as well. I recommend anybody and give you good advise to steer clear of these personal infringements on your personal identity and credit securities issues that they seem bent on messing with and disrespect you in general. The sales team in the store are excellent and willing to help where they can. Unfortunately the company as a whole is not willing to offer great deals for customers that have been with sprint for over 20 years.
