“We lost a four legged member of our family last week and I cannot say enough good about Dr Shields and the rest of the staff. Thank you all so much for the compassion that you showed me and the respect that you showed our Buddy! It was a very emotional time. We were put in a side room immediately which was so thoughtful since tears were streaming down my face. We were given private time with Buddy to say our final goodbyes. Such a hard thing but your professionalism and compassion made it bearable. I so appreciate everything!!”
