This is the worst store I have ever been to. Everything is very dirty, from the parking lot to the inside. The soda machine only dispensers water and has no gas. They should pay more attention or they will lose customers.

Visited on 6/23/22, quite a few pumps down, the menu is wrong when I ordered food but they still left it up, hand soap is horrible in the restroom, will try to not visit this location again

Management is lazy so her employees are as well. She sits on a crate behind the registers during her shift. Warning!!! don't drink the horchata, lemonade, melon drinks they are NEVER changed out nor are the containers cleaned out. The food is supposed to be changed out every 2-3 hours, but sits there over cooking and still sells to customers. The fountain drink nozzles are never taken off nor cleaned! And the restrooms are never cleaned, there usually is fecal matter on the walls and bloody pads in the trash or pee all over the floor, mens restroom is cleaner than the women's! Mostly women work there you'd think they'd clean it more often, makes you question how their homes are. Gross! if they even clean it, the bare minimum is done, it's never sanitized. This store is a health hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen. How is the manager still even there!!?? Pure laziness and rude! Store is hardly cleaned and products sit around in shopping carts never being put up. Fair warning! It's filthy and customers health isn't a priority at this location.

Considerable decline in service and quality since 7-Eleven took over. Good news is for this store, it's not them alone. Every 7-Eleven in the Baytown, Pasadena and La Porte has suffered.
