This store was good for like 2 years , now it just a mess . Coffee machines never in service , it's always dirty, and I cant never put gas without going inside to ask for the receipt.

Went here April 4th 2024 at 11:31 AM. And encountered two of rudest cashiers i ever encountered there was electric sign that said large slurpees for a 1 dollars thats it. I told one cashier there are no large cups she told me with an attitude that the green cups are large the large space had big glup cups but act like i did something wrong. but the green were in the xxl space she said they dont have xxl cups meaning i'm seeing things. so i filled my cup and the large top wouldn't fit guess what top fitted the xxl the size she told me that didn’t exist then i went to the register no one was at either register so just walk to the middle the other cashier told me i need to come the other register with an attitude like i'm suppose to which is her register then rung me me up for a large regular price 1.59 not the dollar that the sign said claiming the dollar is for reward members nowhere does this electronic sign says this. so she got rude ask my phone number so basically i told her give me my money back you two been rude to me moment i walked in so i got my money back and wont going to that 711 ever again i'll be going to the Buc ee's thats across the street for now on rude people rude company.

This old guy with a face mask asked me for my ID when I’m 50 years old but it was a guy in front of me like mid twenties and he didn’t even card him, I had a couple of 12 packs beers and he said “ I do t drink and my body is ok I’m pretty sure you’re rotten cuz you getting a lot of alcohol “ WHAT THE HELL????? Mind your own Damn business.

This store is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to coffee machines!!!! Espresso machine is broke every 3/4 days SO I JUST WAST MY TIME BY EVEN PUILLING INTO PARKING LOT one day they just had a gallon of milk on the FLOOR!! With a hose running from it to the machine & nothing even covering top of jug ..so gross and lets not mention to how dirty the area is ice cooler are for creamer is never cold so creamer is just settinging in a warm box!! PLEASE MANAGEMENT FIX THESE ISSUES please get it together or find someone that can

Bathroom & Car wash Review-I stopped here because bucce’s is on the other side of freeway. Bathrooms are horrible compared to Buccee’s. Sorry 7/11 your location convenience going West on I-10 is perfect but i’ll waste the extra 5 min going to buccee’s from now on. Ugh! And small there’s only 2 ladies stalls.Carwash is not good and the air dryer is awful

Another 7-Eleven hitting it over the top. Couldn't have asked for nicer people inside. Welcoming me with genuine smiles. The coffee bar was ready for me and if it was work I needed they had all the clean space in the world for me to do my work from. Thanks so much! 7-Eleven

They have a store associate named Aida that’s very rude and miserable. She lacks customer service and should not be the first point of contact. I like this store but now I will take my money somewhere else. Thanks Becky for stepping in as the manager.

I just want to say I've been traveling the nation backpacking heading to Florida, I stop at a lot of stores normally before I sit down out side because I like to do that where I can relax and smoke a black at the same time when i came in to the 711 exon they were very friendly especially a man named Anthony he was very attentive to my needs big shout out to him and God bless there is still spots you can stop were you fell like more than a dollar sighn

Miss Jadyn is one of the rudest cashiers/workers I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely no customer service, says whatever is on her mind in front of a customer. Poor attitude and definitely shouldn’t be working on the front. Oh, and before anyone can throw out a race card, I too am a black woman. Do better 7Eleven. SMH.

I came here running on vapors while waiting on a family member half the night at an ER. I ordered their bacon q taco and made a abuelita cappuccino. When I tell I felt like a million dollars after that meal! I was expecting a dry taco and I was so surprised how moist and flavorful it was, and the cappuccino was exactly as advertised. These workers on a Saturday morning don't play????????????

I guess my last post got deleted when i explained how i shop at this 7 eleven quit often. And always go there when i get off around 8:20pm since it is on my way home. And like i said before i find it VERY SAD!!!!! to SEE the same ONE FEMALE! EMPLOYEE working by herself in a busy store on the holidays! IT says ALOT about there management. And the Safety they have for there employees. This lady is always so nice when i come in but i always see her getting door dash orders. And trying to tend to her line of customers. Im sure 7 eleven can afford to have more then one person on there night shift! when so many seem to be in there every morning! ITS DISCUSTING! To see someone who cant even step away to pee because she is by herself! BUT IT BOILS DOWN TO THE STORE MANAGER!
