This shoe repair guy is awesome! I bought adult sized Heely's (shoes with wheel) and they were sliding on my heel. I asked him to sew something at the top of the heel to keep them from sliding and he did a great job! Now I can roll around with my 12yr old lol. Highly recommended. Thank you sir! Jake

Two star simple craftsman plain business like out of a garage or something similar. One star was lost due to him sending me to an ATM in order to pay cash up front. One star is lost for saying the shoes would be ready in a week on a Monday 3/21 after 12:00 noon.Another star is lost for coming in at the above time frame. And being sent away until after 5 pm.When I arrived after 5, the new insoles weren't layed down.So I had to return the following day to pick up the shoe order

Gator skin boots came out looking brand spanking new, even treated it and shined. Uses good repair products as well be advised it might be costly to some as you may have read in the reviews but anything for a good quality pair you can't buy anymore ?

Mr. Martinez may very well be a sorcerer. I had a pair of Loakes that I never wore anymore due to embarrassment, I'd scuffed them up so bad that I considered them essentially ruined. I brought them in just to see what could be done, and three days later walked out with my Loakes looking as good as new, including a complete resole. Absolutely incredible. There is very little in Baytown worth mentioning but if you really need a quality shoe repair job it's worth driving in from Katy or the Woodlands. I've never been to a better cobbler in my life.

This guy has no customer service skills. When I first came in and brought my shoes in the sign says no mask no service. I wore a mask he didn't. Then when I went to pick my shoes up he did wear mask that time but charged me almost as much as the shoes cost just to put the tips on the heels. He didn't even try to shine them up or do anything else. He just handed them back to me and didn't even put them in a bag or anything.

Although I think he is a bit expensive, he does excellent work. My favorite (rather abused) leather boots...one of them developed a tear on the toe box area. I asked him if he could do anything with it. He suggested stitching. It came out beautifully (I had them shined too). Considering how neglected they were, the results were amazing. I do recommend.
