Great experience getting help from the Store Manager, Chris. Had some technical issues on my account that were unable to be resolved via phone. Chris was professional and prompt and gotten me taken care of in a timely manner.

I always wanted to have AT&T SERVICE AND DEVICE,,I always loved and was impressed for some reason until last year when I desperately needed to switch providers since the last one lied about service availability in my area,, so I stopped at this location,,it was lovely visiting and getting approved on new service signed and printed,,but I had to comeback the next day with 20$cash since the card reader was glitching that night,,the lady saved my phone but gave me the SIM card, until the next day so I can bring the 20$...and here i am all excited to pickup my new Motto device.when all my hopes started crashing in front of my eyes..they still glitching,,no phone no service. Aa year later still trying to get it off my credit report for collecting something I never got

Customer services was good, but was given inaccurate information regarding my contract for a new phone from the employees. Double check with customer service to confirm information is accurate from store.

I receive the best customer service ever. I have business account and my account was disconnected for 6 days today, but I was already do my payment. This people help me found the correct people on customer service phone number. I was for about 2 hours in the store and they don’t giving up with all the calls we do today. Jessica help me Saturday. Preston was the guy today who finally can do everything in my account. Yashira I think is the store manager she was wander full too and some new guy (I don’t remember his name) but he go above and beyond too doing some calls. Thank you so much.! I definitely continue visit this store.

My husband purchased me a series 8 watch from this location for our anniversary. Upon opening it we realized he got the cellular one, when he meant to get the gps only option. Went to return it at the same location it was purchased from within the return window, and the manager makes him wait 20+ minutes while she was in the back creating a work schedule instead of assisting a paying customer. Then finally comes out and tells him he can’t return it there and has to go to a “corporate location” on Garth road in front of Walmart all while rubbing her belly and smacking her lips at him. I called and spoke with the manager at the garth location and she assured me the information we were given was incorrect. And that this location does this ALL THE TIME because they just don’t want to deal with it.
