Leo was very professional, helpful, and a well spoken sales person. He helped us not only purchase two phones, but also switched one of our phones to their AT&T line. Overall the experience was amazing, and the process was short, simple, and clear to understand.

I went in the Baytown store off of Gsrth Rd. Hoping to get help my phone had been hack.. The first guy Said it would be 10-15 minutes before someone could assist me..I said no problem...I grabbed a chair .This guy that looked fresh out of high school walked up to me and Said unless I was an millionaire they wouldn't hack me...he didn't even look at my phone..my phone is still hacked after four days now..All he was interested in was getting my payment for the month.which I Paid in full while I was there.

12/01/23 visited the store to sign up for ATT wireless (transfer my cell number from Verizon). The associate signed me up for a business account with tablets, wireless internet, home phone, etc. All i asked for was 1 line of service! Now I can't get the manager or the associate to accept my calls. I have been scammed for $200+++ month.

I've only been to this store 3 times as I'm tech savvy. The first two times were a good experience. The 3rd visit was unresolved during the 2nd visit. But what bothered me was I literally watched them skip my name in the que. The employee said to his coworker that I would be next, so she cleared the que then they just went to the back. While I watched people who walked in grey help before me. I understand you're busy but to ignore a customer is just ridiculous.

Carla helped me set up my new iphone, the esim had not transferred the phone number and she worked her magic and got the phone number transferred. Super helpful and friendly--I will be back.
