The gentleman & Lady yesterday was very knowledgeable, & helped me w/ my phone w/ new SIM card & fixing phone for me ! They were quick , very nice, & I recommend them to anyone! Thank you !

Lesia and Aerial were absolutely amazing!! Let me tell you right now that they went above and beyond to help me sort out some of the worst mess I could imagine going through. I spent a total of 5 hours in that store, yes 5 hours and throughout that entire time, they were on top of everything in getting down to the bottom of the problem. And no, it wasn't that long because they didn't know what they were doing unlike the person who caused this mess. Kaitlin in Lubbock, you know what you did!!! Aerial especially for being so transparent and hard working to help me get it resolved even when it seemed like all was lost in getting my upgrade. She worked tirelessly and patiently through it all. 10/10 customer service. Special shout-out to Jordan as well for keeping it lighthearted and just being an all around pleasure to be around!

I had such a great experience here yesterday! Xfinity lost my number of many years and I walked in literally crying to the att&t store. But The worker (Ariel) gave so much assurance that she would do her best to help me out and was so kind and supportive that she not only found a number similar to my old one she got me a great deal on a phone! I walked out of there feeling 1000 times better! That’s what I call great customer service! Not only that all the other workers were so helpful to others and man that store is ran so smoothly! They definitely got a lifelong customer in me!

The 2 ladies that were there were extremely professional and caring. A+ customer service. I even witnessed them deal with a less than favorable customer that walked in, with care and concern.
My opinion- I think that customer just needed a friend. But these ladies were all over it!
I got a new phone after hearing about a great promotion. Very glad I did, even saved money per month!
The ladies had to explain alot to me and their care and patience made my decision an easy one!

I walked in got taking care of soon as I did,and walked out with a phone . Great staff,friendly,and helpful. I believe the young guy name was Leonard that helped me. He was very honest ,friendly,and helped me and went babe to look for items might need . ??

After after a VERY VERY bad experience. I picked a att store of google and man i was not let down. Store manager Lesia and Arial hand down the best customer service a person could ask for they had such patience and expertise. It took 3 days but they fixed it. They even took care of my husband who was in Illinois. Thank you so much for putting a little faith back in people. I will always come see you.

Amin, I don't want a new cell phone but why not check if it's fixed? Or if you're sure, don't buy another charger and then I still have the problem because it's not a pleasure.

Lesia went above and beyond in helping me with the special problem of ending my deceased parents account. She helped me when nobody else was willing. Every company has at least one competent, service-minded employee and she is one of AT&T's best.

Lesia Is an exceptional worker. She went above and beyond while assisting me. Because of how professional and efficient she was I sent a few of my friends to visit her store. I can honestly say that I was served. Thank you Lesia!!!
