I believe his name tag said Martin, absolutely deserves all the praise. I purchased a battery at another location and they were unable to install it due to the access point. I called and he said he’d attempt to swap but could make no promises.
Once I got here he made sure my battery was swapped out and quickly even tho it was a task to reach the battery in the first place. I thank him so much. Great customer service and help he did not have to do.

After leaving work, a coolant alert appeared on my dashboard. Knowing that I was 33 minutes from home, I immediately drove to the nearest AutoZone on Garth Road in Baytown for assistance.
Gabriel and Ferman were Awesome!
They went so far as to communicate with my car dealership serviceman to fill my coolant reservoir and discover I had a leak.
I am very appreciative for their excellent, professional and attentive service!

I stopped in because my check engine light was on. When I asked if they could use the code reader on it I was told they could not use the code reader on my car because it was raining. When I pointed out it was barely sprinkling and an umbrella would be more than sufficient, the employee told me he would not go out in the cold and wet, that I would have to come back when it was dry outside. I drove down the road to O’Reillys and they had no problem using their code reader. It took all of 45 seconds from the time she plugged the reader into my car to the time she plugged it into the computer inside the store and told me what the code was. $35 later I bought the sensor needed from them and will not return to AutoZone.

I just want to thank everyone at the Baytown TX Garth road AutoZone for their kindness and assistance provided to my daughter Monica this morning. You know who you are and I very much appreciate your kind assistance. I live in the Dallas area and told her to call you guys after she called the dealership there concerning her car issues this morning....they offered no assistance at all. Your store employees went over and beyond to make sure she was assisted in a very short time.

Amazing service I went in there today to go get my brake light fixed but turned out, That wasn’t the problem because I literally had no idea what was wrong but I just want to say thanks to the worker who helped me install my bulbs in the back of my car so shout out to Xavier
