Much thanks to Victoria at Autozone on Hwy 146 for helping me with my car issues. I walked in with a list of supplies I needed. She helped me get what I needed and then helped me exchange them on my car. We didnt give up until it was done and we felt accomplished. Thank you for helping me not give up!!

This place is wonderful! Mr. Gerald and Mr. Jeremy, and the young man there helped me get what I needed to get my car sounding right. They let me use tools and gave me tips. I am so thankful they are so knowledgeable and willing to help with what they know. So amazing! I was so worried and now I am okay. Clean facilities, lovely people, very knowledgeable workers! I am up and running again and the car sounds great! I am pleased pleased pleased!

I went to the 8520 Hwy 146 location in Baytown, TX today and was really happy with my experience!!! John went above & beyond to help me with everything I needed and even changed my windshield wipers in the rain!!! He was truly the best at his job and I will be back to this Autozone for any of my car needs in the future!! Give this man a raise because he truly cares about his job!! Thank you John & Thank you AutoZone!!!

Let me just start by saying the 2 young men that were working the night of 11/16 went above and beyond for me and my family! I literally could cry of how grateful I am for them! Our Durango broke down and they did everything to help us. They are the kind of people we need in this world!! I didn’t catch their names but I hope god blessed yall a million times.
