“Had to replace a lightbulb on a Mercedes, and both guys there were quick, and friendly. When the bulb was difficult to get back in because of the AWESOME Mercedes metal clip, they both helped, and when none of us could get it to stay on, helped figure out a way to rig it into place so I could get home.
Whoever their boss is, the guys working the closing shift 2/9/2025 are both fantastic, and well worth investing time into developing them along their careers with the company.”
“Good morning! I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Mr. Oscar at O’Reilly for his outstanding service. This morning, I was in a crisis because my tire had gone flat, and I had no idea how to fix it. The moment I walked in, Oscar went above and beyond to help me.
Without hesitation, he stepped in, assessed the situation, and made sure I was set up to get a new tire. His kindness and willingness to assist, without expecting anything in return, truly amazed me. Even when I offered to pay him for his help, he refused—showing that his priority was simply to help, not to make money.

“Me and my husband love this place however there is a lady with blonde hair that’s has no clue what’s going on .. we have purchased several parts she said would fit that was very important then after trying to apply the part realized it don’t fit this is the 5th part found out from another associate they don’t even have the part to fit the car so we have to go thru the refund process.. if we ever go in here again I won’t let her assist me .. I love this place but I hate to say it she really made me leave this review”

“This is a great store! Especially if Steve is working. I have an old Ford and often a computer will tell you the wrong thing for it, but Steve’s lived it and will recommend a good solution. Most of the guys that work there are gear heads which is always a plus. They can help with creative solutions to problems you might be having. Prices are good too. Highly recommend”
