I have to say that I have had many storage units in my lifetime with some really bad customer service but at Bay mini storage I dealt with a young lady name Sarah she was amazing answered all my questions very knowledgeable on the units and prices keep up the great work I would recommend this location 100%

I rented a storage from here last year. Paid monthly and this year fell on hard times and hadn’t made payments in months. And was able to speak to Sarah before my storage was auctioned off and was able to get my things back. Sarah is the sweetest. I’m so glad she was able to help me.
