Got a 22 Yukon Denali from here just this year and come to find out it’s had a recall on it since 2024 that they never had looked at whatsoever and now I need a new engine. Not only that the car was bouncy which I thought was normal maybe for that car but also see that the shocks are all blown for a very long time. I would not buy a vehicle from here at all. They sold me a car that could have hurt or even killed my family.

Aaron, our service advisor kept us updated with the findings and the progress of the repairs. That’s one big reason I would recommend the Ford Service Department. My truck was fixed properly and now it’s running just like new truck.

I had the pleasure of working with Melissa, and she — along with Herrera — made the car-buying process extremely smooth and easy. I was nervous at first, but they helped put me at ease and were completely transparent and honest about the car.
The entire staff was amazing, from Melissa and Herrera to Brandon, and even an associate I met in the bathroom (I think her name was Emily!). The final stage of my purchase was just as great — the young lady who helped me sign my paperwork explained every page clearly and patiently.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership! They will not work with you and make you sit there for hours and you have to do their job for them! Then you still leave without anything, just a headache!

Beau was my sales rep and totally outdid himself. I had inquired about a vehicle , he came back with answers and in less than 2 hours I was driving out in what I came in for. He was patient as well as the rest of the staff. I was literally there until the lights were turned off but they were still just as kind and patient. I really appreciate Mr beau and will look forward to working with him in the future as well.
