Whatever you do, do not get a car lease with this dealership!!!! The people the run Baytown Hyundai DO NOT honor lease contracts!!!! A binding contract by law they do not follow. Went to buy my car at end of my lease and they wanted me to pay $5,000 over what my lease contract stated. The shady sales department also wanted me to pay $1500 so they can inspect my car. Plus various other add-on worthless charges. Do Not Do Business with this dealership!!!!!!!

I normally don't write reviews but this is ridiculous. I call this place after my car broke down & left my son and I stranded on the side of the road. I talked to one of the service managers and explained that my car had broken down and no normal place such as Firestone could fix it because it was a recall issues ..now my car sit in my driveway I can't use if at all But even with all the explaining I did and begging to go get me sooner they told me that the earliest date was 3 week from now.. And my car is still under warranty. if I could give this place zero stars I would

After having our car for over 3 months in the service department, they finally returned it with the steering wheel and gear covered in grease and the interior filthy. It also required a jump start at pick up and the employee refused to get or call a manager. Supposedly, the battery is weak from sitting there for so long. If they knew that, why didn't they make sure it would start without any issues? They also refused to provide a loaner car for the duration of the repair because I guess they assume everyone either has an extra car laying around or has extra cash for a rental car for months on end. This all while we're paying the note on this car we bought from them! Even though the repairs were supposed to be fully covered, we still had to pay several hundred dollars to get it back because they couldn't get a required part through the warranty. But magically could if we paid for it. Ridiculous. Tacky. Unprofessional. Don't deal with these people. We'll never buy another vehicle from them again and frankly wouldn't buy a Hyundai after this fiasco. They need to take lessons on communication and customer service.

Never buy a car here unless you live close to a different location for service. The sales department is good but service needs to be closed or replaced

I had a really good experience here. I initially saw a vehicle at this dealership online. So I gave them a call, and sales representative Zachery Martinez was very polite and knowledgeable and walked me through all of my questions. So I drove over, and there were no surprises. We took a test drive and then worked with finance manager Jose Saenz. They both did a great job and made my car buying experience a real pleasure. Kudos to those two gentlemen.

I arrived at 1 pm, and I explained my issue and problem with my Hyundai and asked for service and about changing my back tires because of a blowout, I had called in advance of arrival an was told they would be able to help me with this and that they had plenty of tires in stock for my model. But soon later, i arrived and talked with the man on the phone he informed me he doesn't actually have anything in stock and that. "Oh, we don't do much on Saturday." I recommend you don't go here for service.

I have had what has to be the best car buying experience ever. Dewayne, my sales associate, was professional, kind and courteous. He listened. Then he put me into a vehicle that fit my needs as well as my budget. Dion gave me the best cup of coffee. Then, Mike stepped in to insure that I was happy with the process, then, Jeff took me the rest of the way. This sales team treated me like a Queen. I got a new car. Yay!
