I love BoomTown. ...I've been a regular and faithful customer since summer 2023 and the products not only taste great but you get sooo much for what you pay for. I will go to NO OTHER smoke shop now as Kirstie, Randi, George, Alexis, and a few more employees (even those who no longer work at the shop) have always spoiled me with above and beyond service each and every time I come to BoomTown. I even just applied to work here and even if it's not my time to work here yet, that's NOT gonna stop me from coming here to get products. Thank you all for your business. P.S. Mr. Briar (whom interviewed me) is another amazing and cool employee.

I see negative reviews and people need to understand that they have rules. And the employees you're seeing have to answer to THE OWNER. They can't change rules for you. Every single time I go in the store I leave feeling happy. Everyone is always kind to me. This is my preferred vape shop. The new employees included 💜💅😇

Vape pen would not work from the start. Dude in there said, even if I bring it back with a receipt, they would not do anything thing about it. I can't believe they're still in business operating like this ! Zero star if I could.EDIT FOR OWNERS RESPONSE - you refused to stand by any of your products, it stopped working almost immediately and 100% was not clogged. You literally sell broken stuff then refuse to do anything about it. You respond like you care or you would do something. They told me under no circumstances whatsoever, would they replace or refund anything that breaks, so please stop pretending. Once again, it stopped working almost immediately and was not clogged. Shame on you, I will not be back. You have plenty of competitors in the area that treat customers fairly, some even offer 12 hour warranties. There is zero reason to ever go back. Also btw, there were no signs when I was there.

Came here yesterday to grab some stuff and this pleasant young man named Matthew greeted me behind the counter. Not only did he go above and beyond to talk to me about every flavor of juice I asked about but he helped me pick the best mod for the money I had. Will definitely be back to shop in the future as long as he works there.

First time in the store today and it was amazing service! Not only are the prices good but the service was top notch they made sure I left with something I was looking for they helped me find what I wanted at a good price! This is definitely my go to vape shop now

Such a great place to shop. The people here are so great and really do know the products. I'd like to thank Matthew, George, Owen and Amber. I wanted to thank them for all of their help every time I come in. This has become my permanent vape destination because of them.
