I walked in the store ready to buy a new phone but, I was undecided on which phone to get. Bryan helped me out pick out my new iPhone 15 which i love he was very helpful and funny as well made the process go by fast. I will definitely come back when I need an upgrade on my phone.

I have been a cricket customer for years and have had many services at this exact location done with professionally and with ease. However new management and customer service representatives that are currently assisting guest are everything but knowledgeable and professional. Representative Elizabeth provided the worst cricket experience I have ever had. I came into store to activate a iPhone, purchase a sim and charger for the device. Elizabeth proceeded to sell me a $40 “fast charging” charger that was not compatible with the phone once I left store. Utilize upselling techniques/product knowledge without inconveniencing the guest with a product that doesn’t work with the device shown to you. However very understanding I returned to store spoke with Elizabeth regarding the charger. She swapped it out for another iPhone charger that doesn’t equal the value of what I spent originally on the first accessory purchase then when I get home the second charger does not even work!! That remainder of the evening my newly activate device I could not charge or use due to being charged $40 and given two products that either aren’t compatible or don’t work at all! When contacted Elizabeth at store regarding a refund the representative was very rude and lacking problem solving skills. My request was for a refund seeing that I received products that do not work. Store owner was said to be back in town that following Monday and can handle my refund transaction and provide the receipt that CSR Elizabeth never provided/sent after transaction. However I’ve contacted the store and representatives are saying he will be out of town a additional week and never returned on the date I was given by Elizabeth. Which was that following Monday. ITS TWO WEEKS NOW IVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REFUND I RECEIVED PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK! I understand stores being individually owned however I work retail and this is very ridiculous and extremely unprofessional of the owner, manager and associates. Makes we want to no longer be a cricket customer and I have never had any issues with any location or service!!! Skip this store/location and avoid them at all cost!! The managers and representative lack knowledge and basic training to provide exceptional customer service. They could care less about the customers, upsell you items that don’t go with your phone then swap it out for a charger that doesn’t match the value of what was originally sold then the item doesn’t even work! And when brought to Elizabeths attention as a manager you’re extremely rude about the situation and leave a customer without resolution for two weeks?!!! RIDICULOUS AND UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! One star is overrating the experience I had in store and over the phone with Elizabeth and all calls are recorded honey the date and time I do have. And each call I made regarding my refund after the conversation & given the run around also documented. It’s sucks because they are giving a bad reputation to cricket and the only one that can answer for it is a owner whom is avoiding a customer or maybe unaware of the wrongdoing of his in store associates. However I will revive a resolution one way or another!
