We just drove through Alabama and did a review yesterday at that Buc-ee’s and today we made it to TEXAS! I have yet to have a bad experience here! Love the employees, food, decorations, clothes…clean restrooms and so many gift ideas. Always plenty of parking especially for one as busy as this one is!

I’ve always been a big Buc-ee’s fan, but last night was a disappointment—NO RETURNS. I purchased an Edge 2 cellular trail camera, drove 4 hours to my destination, only to find it doesn’t do what I need. It requires a paid subscription and doesn’t offer live shots. I drove back to return it and was told no returns—no signs, nothing on the receipt. So basically, I gave them $51.41 with not even an apology. I was told the policy changed less than 30 days ago—if that’s true, why not inform customers or post it clearly before purchase? Tried calling, but good luck getting a live person on the line. Brand new never used

Buc-ees! A must stop, especially if you have never been before. Cheap gas, Great food, cleanest bathrooms around, and a unique shopping experience. Highly recommended!!

There are so many reasons to stop at Buc-ee's - they are clean and safe, well lit at night, a place to walk your dog, lots of gas pumps with reasonable prices, good food that is hot (or cold), tons of snacks and an ocean of drink options, some of the best holiday decor - plus clothes, coolers, dog treats, and so much more. But one reason to stop is you never know who you will see. Today it was Batman!!

Had an awesome experience at the Buc-ee’s car wash thanks to Sam. We were going to use a bug chemical spray on the car right after going through the wash, and Sam came over to let us know it could mess up the paint (which we definitely didn’t know). Instead of just shutting us down, he told us to go ahead and use it and said he’d run us back through the wash again to clean it off. Super helpful and honestly went above and beyond. Sam made the whole thing stress-free. 10/10 customer service.
Sam deserves recognition – Buc-ee’s is lucky to have him!

Buy at your own risk. I bought a bucee onesie for my granddaughter. After wearing it for a few hours, we noticed the snaps on the bottom had fallen off. Buc-ee’s wouldn’t even exchange it because it had been worn. Manager, Ghazaleh, said because it didn’t have tags they couldn’t take it back. Their policy doesn’t take anything back unless it’s brand new. She said that’s the risk we take when buying from Buc-ee’s. Lesson learned!

You must go to Buc-eea. It's a great experience. Try the brisket, assorted jerky,popcorn, candies, their deli is Amazing also!!! You must stop by if in the area, it's a vibe!!!!!

What’s there not to love about this place but when you are charging 3.99 for a breakfast taco at least use 100% eggs…..the eggs in my taco had a chemical taste and had the texture felt like there were fillers.
