I wish i can give NO STARS...
I wouldn't recommend this place if you're making a claim through state farm or in general, they gave me back my vehicle in the same condition it was as I dropped it off. 14 days it was there. They disconnected the GPS system & over 80 miles of gas was used.

I chose Caliber Collision to make the repairs on my truck from an insurance claim, and I am relieved to say things went great. My truck looks exactly how it did before the accident as if it never happened, with shiny new paint and parts. All of the team members that assisted me were respectful and informative, with special mention of my representative Craig. He did a great job of listening to all my concerns and checking all the boxes with me to make sure I was happy with the services and that I had all the correct aftermarket parts replaced; he even pushed to get my truck done early so I could have it to travel out of town. They were also very helpful with lining things up for the rental company.
I hope I never get hit by an uninsured driver ever again but if I have any repairs needed I will happily return to Caliber Collision to get the job done.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, and prompt at responding to my issue. She has a very friendly demeanor, and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
