“I often do my best to get the names of the people I work with, but I don't know if they would even want their names used in a review.
However, to the ladies who helped me out on both ends of the process, (Lady #1: Rented 2/24/25 @ 11:46 a.m.) (Lady #2: Returned rental 3/1/25 @ 9:58 a.m.) THANK YOU BOTH!!! There were difficulties surrounding the rental because I am a traveling worker from out of state (Louisiana). Lady #1 made the renting process seamless. Then, when I returned the rental, Lady #2 went through the vehicle and found my security badge (That I would have to return to the Government facility I worked at, otherwise, looking at extra $50 charge for lost ID) and made sure I had it before I left the Enterprise store. I owe you both one! We do a lot of work across the Southern states and I will be recommending these places based on the treatment these employees gave!! THANK YA'LL SO MUCH!!”
