Kayla Q Security Admin and Jennifer Plant Personnel have amazing customer service skills and overall great communication. Brock Group site supervisor Moses Johnson along with Lou has such poor management and believe they are a liability to this site, they can put many employees in danger with their way of managing things . Kayla Q and Jennifer resolved my issues with Brock in a timely manner and just very professional on Chevron Phillips Cedar Bayou’s part awesome representation 9500 East Fwy

They follow Federal, State, City, and local rules, provide jobs. No one can predict when the flares go off because most of the time it happens because the plant is upset. It is predictable only when Units start up or shut down or a bad weather like storms, flood, freezing happen. If you are not happy with this plant, you can report to local government agencies to voice your concerns.

This plant has been here since 1963. Somehow the neighboring residents didn’t know they were moving in next to a large petroleum refinery.
I advise future home buyers to research what is around their neighborhood before moving and complaining they moved in next to a petroleum refinery.

I, like so many Americans, had a lost of income. As a result, I was not able to work and did not use my Chevron/Texaco credit card for months. My account was closed due to "None Use"!!! I feel that this company is "NOT AMERICAN"!!! I will "NEVER" make a purchase from them EVER!!! That's what you call "Kicking a man/woman when they're down!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad Neighbors to the Community. Once or Twice a month their running the flair, that's so loud it rumblies the house and it runs for several days. You need blackouts on your windows at night in order to sleep because of how much it lights up the sky. No communicates with the community Why or When their doing this. And Not Even what their polluting our air with or what their burning that will settle on our homes. Very Bad Neighbor...
