This sales team and entire service team is absolutely amazing. We do not take my vehicle anywhere else for repair or service. I will not purchase a vehicle from anywhere else, but this dealership Any issue that I have has been promptly addressed.
This is not a typical dealership, it is a family, and a trusted source for all of your vehicle needs. Shawn in service, as well as Peggy being the service manager are incredible. The customer service here is absolutely top-notch.

I thought that being in a small town, the customer service would be amazing. However, I’ve never had a good experience at this particular dealership. I was told one hour for my oil change, ended up being three hours. Also, at this time, I asked him not to rotate my times. They rotate my tires which they have to go back and rotate them. All because the person performing the work didn’t read the paperwork very unsatisfied.

Advertise that they have EV chargers available. When I arrive very short on power I find all four charging stations unavailable. I call the 800 number and none can be reset, a service tech needs to be sent out. I ask the managers help and he has no way of helping as these are contracted plugs. I find it ridiculous that a Ford dealer cannot serve the vehicles that it sells. I’ve invested 10 minutes downloading their app (yet another one!) 10 minutes going from plug to plug and 10 minutes on the phone with their 800 number all for nothing. Ya’ll need to get your stuff working and ya’ll need not give EVs such a bad name. I spent $90k for this truck and love every bit of it except for experiences like these

Test drove a truck then did the application for the truck got approved. Told the manager I would be in after a certain time to review the paperwork which he kept insisting to come in and talk so I did. Drove over an hour to close the deal once I got to the dealership someone else was buying the used truck I applied for. The manager blamed me for not being at the dealership earlier even though I told him a specific time that I would arrive and he agreed. Not even 6 hours passed before he sold the truck to another person. Wasted my time and did nothing to make his mistake right. Very unprofessional and make promises that they can’t keep. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Also they responded to this review so they can help but that is also false I emailed the email shown below but yet again no one has responded.

Everything was great! I have 4 cups of FREEEE coffee while I waited! Sissy took EXCEPTIONAL care of me while I was there. Peggy, the manager was an absolute sweetheart! She came out and spoke to me and made sure I felt like I was apart of the DeMontrond family.
