Bryanna Lara in Internet Sales has got to be the most persistent, annoying person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I requested a CarFax appraisal weeks ago and immediately got a response from this dealership. I informed Bryanna that I wasn't interested in trading my vehicle in, I only wanted the issued car fax appraisal for my own knowledge. She has insistently sent me the most idiotic emails, even after I've told her, "I'm not interested." Today email takes the cake for stupidity:"I hope all is well your way! I do have to be honest, your pesky Expedition MAX keeps texting me about when you are going to bring him in for us to take a look at him. Every time I hear from him, he asks when is Steven going to see what he is worth. I have to explain to him that you are very busy and will come by when it is convenient for you, but he will not relent. So, can you please help me settle his little engine down and let me know when he can some here to see what he is worth?"Stop wasting my time.

Their Internet Sales Department completely lied to me about their used car inventory. Not once, but twice! And, after driving 30 miles to meet with a sales advisor, the person I was scheduled to meet with wasn't even there. He didn't exist. Typical bait and switch and lie to your customer mentality.

Horrible experience. That's all I can say. So very sad. I've never felt so betrayed and robbed. Car buying experience should be exciting, but I feel robbed and lied to.

This is not a review on Community Honda as my experience with them was good. This is a review of Honda in general. We purchased a new Honda Civic in March and in April, another car hit our car causing air bags to deploy. Our car has been in the repair shop waiting on parts from Honda since April. After hearing from the repair shop that they kept getting changing dates from Honda, I reached out to Honda in July and they started to track the 5 parts that are still needed. The car is not drivable without them. They were supposed to arrive in August. Then I was told September. Then they didn't have dates. Now they are saying November. I don't trust Honda anymore. They have parts for their new cars but not me. Once they sell you the car, they just don't care anymore. Based on my experience with Honda, I won't be buying another Honda and I would recommend you don't as well.

Unfortunately all the vehicles they have listed on their webpage as available to purchase are all factory preorders . I made an appointment online to test drive a vehicle was contacted by sales person to "Come out and drive your new vehicle" but when I arrived for my appointment I was pretty shocked to see there were zero new Hondas on the lot. I did get to test drive a vehicle similar to the one I was supposed to have reserved, but it was only a demo and had been wrecked. I was also pretty shocked to see the thousands in dealer add-ons they're putting on their new vehicle's on top of MSRP. Don't drive out there unless you have time to waste, they have none of the cars listed on there website for sale.

We recently bought a vehicle from Community Honda in Baytown TX. While there we haggled a price & said out the door $42k. We showed them we are an active duty family & provided an LES for home of record so we could register our vehicle in the state that is home of record & not pay the taxes for out of state living, due to being active duty. We had to prove to them via website & email this was a thing because they wanted to argue with us. We have bought a vehicle this same way previously & had zero issue. We provided the LES & got the vehicle registered in our home of record state. An agreement was made & signed by both parties. There's text & email documentation of all of this. We signed for $42k OUT THE DOOR & REGISTERING IN OUR HOME OF RECORD. Weeks later we get texts from Bennet telling us they registered our vehicle in Louisiana instead of our home of record & to pay them back over a thousand dollars in taxes. We told them no. We provided all of the paperwork necessary and signed documents for what was agreed upon in store NOTHING else. Bennet nor his people, at Community Honda Baytown, called us prior to registering it in Louisiana and just took it upon themselves. Then want to text demanding money over the phone. They then lied saying they looked up our vehicle we traded in saying it was bought in Lafayette, LA & registered in New Mexico. We bought our vehicle in Alexandria, LA on our PCS move to Georgia & have never lived in New Mexico ever in our lives so have zero reason to register any vehicle there. We once again provided screenshots of us proving to Community Honda employees what is stated on the WA DOL website for Military Exemption. While also providing proof of registering our trade in vehicle in WA that they lied about. We are getting hassled & the run around. It isn't our fault or problem none of Community Honda employees know what they're doing or that they decide to not contact people & pay money they could have saved. We will not be paying them for money they chose to fork out. We bought our Tundra from Walker Toyota in Alexandria,LA and could not have had a better experience, we should have gone back to them. They understood the military exemption process, and did not haggle us on price. Lesson learned here.

Was very helpful in getting the key I needed made for my 1991 Honda Accord. Big Star doesn't go beyond 1993. And the key fit my car, perfectly!

My car was messed up during the freeze, I slide into a cub going under a bridge while the road was frozen. It started veering to the left after that. Community Honda's service department made it really simple for me to get it fixed, I was given updates frequently from Carlos, and I really appreciated the work they did.

Needed some new tires in advance of a series of long trips. These guys had them in stock, quoted a good price, and installed the same day. Second time visiting as they have better service and more competitive prices than more local competition. Worth the 30 minute drive from Houston.

They don't even bother checking the used cars they put out for sale, I recently bought a car there and a month later the clutch had already burned, and their service is terrible I asked them to help me find the part to fix it and they sayd "they'll call me back" and they never did. Also they didn't even help me with the warranty issue made me do it all on my own.

We bought a hybrid CR-V from Liz and it was a very fast and easy experience. We saw they had some last year models left at a good price. I was a little hesitant because other reviews warned of them changing the price. I asked for an itemized quoted before going in and without question that was the price we walked out with. Great deal on the car, worth the drive out of the city. They had a lot more inventory than other dealerships we looked at and were able to get the touring trim that we wanted.
