Community Honda is not like other car dealerships. I believe they are honest and concerned with preserving customers investments over making a sale. Our Sales representative Mr Carl went above and beyond (even showing up to work on his day off) making us feel genuinely cared for. He is knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and professional. Highly recommended

Had a great experience with the team at Community Honda in Baybrook! They were able to work on my previous car that needed repairs and, when we decided to do a trade in, they made the process very smooth. They also were able to deliver the car to our home and we were able to handle all of the paperwork at our home without having to go to the dealership. This is the second car we have gotten with this specific location and we highly recommend!

We had a great experience at Community Honda! Carl Castillo was our salesman. Marco Rangel helped us when Carl was out of the office. We went several times to the dealership to look at and drive cars. These two gentlemen were patient and extremely attentive to our needs. The very best compliment I can give these salesmen were they WERE NOT PUSHY!!!! We appreciated that characteristic more than anything. We purchased a Passport Black and are thrilled with the car. Carl took a lot of time going over the car with us and setting up our phones before we left the dealership.I highly recommend Carl or Marco for your Honda needs! They were a real pleasure to work with. We love our Honda too!
