We had Chris as our salesman and he was fantastic! He wasn’t pushy and was so honest with us . We ended up purchasing a 2024 telluride sx and he even took his time explaining all of the features of the vehicle at the end . Definitely ask for Chris !

Went here looking to buy a specific car, and we were able to without trying to be upsold or our time wasted. Ivan Gaspar was very helpful in getting the situation sorted and was very respectful towards our decisions. He knew the answers to our questions and was quick in helping us reach an agreement in regards to pricing.Liz Schaefer was exceptionally helpful in getting financing sorted, especially since we had our own financing set up. Again, she respected our decisions, and if we declined an offer/option, she would continue on to the next step quickly without pushing the matter.Overall the smoothest car purchase I’ve done, and the people I interacted with were very considerate of my time.

We had a great experience. We arrived knowing what we wanted to buy. We got respectful treatment from Brad, the salesperson. No pushy tactics or pressure to buy something more than what we came for. Hourly in the finance department did a great job in getting us a deal that matched our pre approval letter and earned us a manufacturer rebate. Shee we also clearly and honestly explained all coverage options. Managers followed up after the transaction was complete to ensure we were satisfied with the experience. I would readily recommend Community to anyone seeking a vehicle.

My wife and I had decided we needed to get a new car. So, since we had dealt with community Kia in the past, we decided to give them a fair shake at trying to get our business once again. My wife had been talking to the credit unions we deal with and Jose Arevalo at KIA from 9 AM to 7 PM. Even though both my wife and I have a credit rating of over 700, we could only get an APR of 7.4%. But the KIA Finance Department was able to give us a 5% APR. The people running the Baytown Community KIA are very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and the most importantly, very patient. I have no problem sending business to these people. They took care of us very well. When our business was all done, it was actually past closing. They offered to have our vehicle cleaned inside and out, then deliver to our home address the following day by noon. As far as I was concerned this was the icing on the cake.

Purchased my daughter's graduation car here back in May. Needed something small, economical, and very reliable as she's off to college and will be putting some miles on it for sure. Chris Mooney was very transparent from the get go when negotiating the sales price by phone, and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful salesperson. He had everything ready to go when I arrived so it was quick sign and drive. The car has performed wonderfully, and my daughter was so happy with the all the options that her new Kia Soul provided. I highly recommend them.

Stay away from this dealership.Was looking to buy a used car they had, little did I know it was stacked with some ridiculous recondition fee. They would not budge on the price. Gave me excuses they price within 200 miles of the lowest car. Not to mention they said they could auction the car and get more. All these argumentative sales tactics to convince me they were justified in their price. This car has been on their lot for 80+ days. Which is crazy they would keep it for that long, you would think they want to sell it off asap. Nope. Obviously the price they had was too high. I tired to get them to come off the price and drop the recon fee but they still did not budge. Offered to trade in my car but not shockingly they lowballed my trade. I told them about my car max offer and they didn’t want to even hear it. In all my years buying cars I’ve never not had a dealer not negotiate, especially in this financial time we are in. Makes sense why they have a lot full of cars.Gregory was the rep I worked with. He had a combative dialog during negotiations. I’m sure this comes top down from leadership and that’s where I have my true problem. You guys should know better, please train your staff to negotiate with class.Anyways I guess it wasn’t all loss because we did end up buying a car…. At another dealer, Lexus of Lakeway. Now that’s a dealer with service and class. So thanks community Kia for nothing other than you missed a sale.See ya never.

Bought our second car from here yesterday. This will be our second time Brad White has helped us. We went back for a second time because Kia has been a great brand to have. Our Sorrento was the first car we bought from here and first time we ever bought a Kia. The car drives real smooth and they stand by the vehicles with a better longer warranty. There wasn’t any games that a lot of dealer like to play. Real honest and genuine. That is why we went back and got our second car from them this time a Forte. So I definitely ? recommend them. Ask for Brad White he’s the BEST!!

I've been here twice in 1 week. Once to buy a car for myself, once accompanying my brother to buy a car. Neither visit resulted in a sale. The prices kept going up and up until we had to give up. It's ridiculous. They don't want to sell cars, they want to keep them.

My name is Victoria R. and my vehicle has been at community Kia in Baytown since 6/5/23 due to an engine recall. On 6/12/23 Julie confirmed that my engine issue was due to a recall and we agreed to order parts and move forward with the repairs. On 6/16/23 I called Kia and spoke with Julie who said my parts had just ‘got off the truck 15 minutes ago’ and they would try to have my car complete by 6/24/23, but not guaranteed. I called yesterday, 6/28/23, to check the status and spoke with Julie again who was rude and adamant that she has been telling me there is no eta for completion and that my car parts are on back order with no ETA of when they will come in. This was the first time I was informed about parts being on back order. I need a manager or supervisor to email me back asap because it seems Kia just keeps giving me the runaround. This is a pressing issue as I cannot continue to pay for a daily rental with no ETA in mind.

I so badly wish I could give 5 stars because I love my car and I am thrilled with the features and how it runs but that isn't the issue. I came in a few weeks ago and I thought my service was fine and got my car. Fast forward to today I filled out a review that was asked of me to do. I was asked to put all 10s, which I did. It also had multiple choice questions where you pick the option that you feel fits what the question is asking. A few of these questions I put my honest opinion, not a rating. I clicked one of the multiple choice answers that talked about negotiation as well as time. While I had great service, I was at the dealership for more than 4+ hours the day I bought my car. I came in the morning and did not leave until that evening. My brother and I couldn't even leave to eat. We also had other personal appointments to get to that had to be cancelled as well as my brother almost being late for work. That's not all, I had to come back the next day and couldn't leave with my car the day I came in (which is fair I needed to bring more information). It also took us over an hour to negotiate a price. I understand it takes awhile but looking at the whole picture 4+ hours is still a lot. Other than putting the multiple choice answers that fit these circumstances, time and negotiation were selected and to my knowledge it was only for feedback not reflection. After submitting this I received an unprofessional text from my sales person Robert. Screenshots listed below. I never once said or put anything disrespectful, but I had to defend my opinions. I am only writing this to warn others. Knowing much about how businesses are ran these are things to look out for when shopping. If you give them business expect to only put 10s and not your opinion. I am posting this to bring awareness. I am truly upset and feel attacked. If there is a problem you ask politely, not say these things listed in the texts I received. I am truly upset because I thought everything was great and I was only giving my truthful feedback which wasn't negative or intending to be.

My salesman Mr. Robert was a God send! He was resilient and insatiable. Everything you would hope the car buying experience to be I received in first class fashion. Everything was straight forward and direct, and Mr. Robert displayed nothing short of care, concern, and top notch customer service. I will scream out to anyone with ears to hear to get over to Community Kia, and let those great folks take care of you. The entire staff was attentive and friendly, and absolutely made my day. I will remain a long time Community Kia customer!
