The manager at the Decker drive location has terrible customer service and she’s a poor leader for her tellers who are also learning her bad traits. As a decade long customer I drove 40 minutes from my home just so I could present the proof of a withdrawal that was the fault of another company. This caused $120 in overdraft fees. The repayment from the company even stated it was their fault and the manager refused to return the fees. She offered to return only one in which I stated I would not leave until it was actually returned when the teller told me to basically leave because she’s busy and promised it would be done that day. It still has not been returned to my account. Now I have to follow up on a promise that was made. I will be closing all my accounts which is unfortunate with the long history of my business with CRCU.

I appreciate Maddison for taking her time to explain things to me as her coworker emiliana or whatever the name is was simply telling me no they cannot help me. She very obviously doesn’t like her job, but Maddison was very kind as to move over to us and explain things correctly.

Difficult to deal with...slow response to simple requests. Denied a basic savings account request. Not sure if Community Resource Credit Union is in the Customer Business!

I have been a member for over 30 years and this bank has turned into a untrustworthy bank. I randomly had someone pull 700.00 from my account in a different state and it took days to get my money put back. And they said it was some kind of error and the teller happened to have my account pulled up while dealing with another member which doesn't make sense at all. They finally put my money back after a few days but there has to be more to this story there aren't telling, and now mobile deposits stopped working for checks on my account so how do they expect me me to deposit money to pay bills , this company has turned into an un trustworthy bank and they need to be investigated for fraud......

Do not bank with these mfs they will take your money even in a pandemic don’t bank with them plz….. 10/5/23 Again card got fraudulently used they told me since it is pending I got to wait 3 to 5 business days to do anything even the supervisor Candice had a attitude like I stole my own money saying that they can’t do anything basically til my card is fully charged…. Wow!!!! Do not waste your time with this bank trust me!!!!! I’m starting to think they are the ones doing the fraud!!!!!!!!!! If I could give it no stars I would this bank is not like it used to be!!!! I’ve been using them for 16 years and they do you like a RAG DOLL!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY DID NOT USE TO BE THIS WAY. Literally showing them proof of a fraud transaction and they say they can only refund it one time but the transaction happened multiple time in one day but there reason is they can only refund one transaction and its the limit, so almost 300 dollars got taken from my account and they will not assist me in any way.

Absolutely terrible service. I have been with this bank for over five years now. Already paid off an entire car loan and several other personal loans with this bank. Recently I was in a car accident and am in need of a loan to purchase another car. They absolutely refuse to give a decent rate, won’t go below 17% which is astronomical. And won’t finance more than 80% of the entire value of the car. And this is all with a very large down payment I might add. In this market where the cars are already priced on the lot at 150% or more I don’t know how I am going to find a car. Soon I won’t even be able to make it to work. I called them to see if there is anything they could do to possibly cover a little more than 80% but of course refuse, stating oh well it’s due to credit. What about my credit with you as a bank?? I have always paid off my loans in a timely manner but all of the sudden this doesn’t matter??? I am just in shock with the lack of loyalty to their customers.

I honestly loved this bank for everything but recently its been doing the most extra. Like i have an account joint with my sister, my sis card ,the card was sent to my address,she called actived the card and change the pin, tried the card only for it to be blocked, ok called again verfy the card is active and also the new pin was told it would work, tried the card again and again the card is being blocked, called back again only for them to tell me that they can give me any info about the card and i have to wait till monday at 9am. Mind you it was all good and ok just a few days ago and now i cant get any info on why its being blocked. Please dont bother with this bank. In times of need u cant get ur money or help on why its being blocked and if its on a sunday like today guess what ur dead to them because they cant help you. 24/7 calling isnt these people.Get you a bank that can help you the 1st time you call or at least the second time. Not sorry but will be looking for another bank.
