Jose is awesome! Went in to change my carrier to Cricket. Had no intention if purchasing a new phone, but after speaking to Jose I decided to get a new Samsung phone. He's so patient and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.
