Even though it’s not convenient to come to this cleaners because of the location, we choose to bring our clothes because they ALWAYS do an excellent job. We have a local cleaners only 5 minutes from our house but they do a horrible job so we happily make the 15 minute drive!

They charged me upfront to clean my suede jacket 75 dollars only to return it the exact same stains they literally didn't do anything but charge me for them to hold it for a week

The lady here is so rude, they fired the nice lady but she messed up several things. So I dropped a comforter off to stitch a small hole, they charged me 20.00 and I had to pre pay which is fine. I was told it would be ready 10/13 so when I went to pick it up the 14th the rude lady was there and was like ITS NOT READY kind of screaming. I stayed calm but told her it was supposed to be ready the 13, the told me well it takes 15 days to get back so I will call you. I left. I came back to pick it up and when I walk in she says YOU HAVE TO PAY BEFORE I GIVE IT TO YOU. I had the receipt in my hand that says paid so I was confused, she said they accidentally put it in for cleaning and would not give it back until I paid 30 for the cleaning. I didn't drop it off to get cleaned... my receipt says "sew only". She would not hand over my down comforter until I paid the cleaning and was yelling the other lady messed up so it's not her fault... I explained that it wasn't my fault either.... So the comforter is still there .... I've attached the receipt But I'm supposed to pay for a service I didn't request and get yelled at.... These people are AWFUL DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRYCLEANING HERE

So I came to custom cleaners for the first time ever at 6:40 to drop off 4 jackets and they close at 7 the girl at the counter asked me if it was my first time I answered yes she said I'm not taking any more cloth today we are about to close, I told her the sign says 7:00 she said I know but I'm not taking any more close a guy came in after me to pick up cloth and she helped him I feel discriminated against I asked for a manager name she refused to give it to me I asked for her name she refused to give that as well no wonder they have a help wanted sign I will not be returning who ever the owner or manager is you need better employees (Baytown) location

I like this place! The lady at the front desk knew who I was after the 2nd time I came in. Language barrier not near as bad as the reviews said. My clothes wash-fold and dry cleaning is in good shape. And the prices are great.

They did an outstanding job on my jeans and shirts. The customer service is awesome. I will continue to use them as long as I'm in the area and I'd recommend them to anyone!!
