Received a text requesting to pick up a prescription. When I got to the store they told me it wasn’t ready and if I needed it now then I would have to wait 20 minutes. No problem, sat in the parking lot, by the time I went back there were 6 cars which was another 30 minutes added. When I got back to the window they told me my prescription was out of stock. Wasted 50 minutes for nothing. Switch your prescriptions to Walmart or heb. Don’t waste y’all’s time with cvs!

On 11/16/23, I drove up at 11:40pm, the store hours posted state it closes at midnight. I walked up to the door and it was locked. I looked in and there were no employees in sight but there was small truck and a small sedan parked outside. Management needs to speak with the employee(s) about this incident. I was forced to go to Walgreens.

Soooo.....the manager told me that they have an arbitrary Covid rule that you cannot return something bought from another CVS location, even with a receipt. Shameful for a pharmacy to have such a silly "because COVID" rule that has no scientific merit (returns from purchases at their location are allowed).

I have gone to this pharmacy several times now and had nothing but bad experiences. Horrible service and one pharmacist couldn’t enter anything in the computer. He had to keep getting someone else to stop what they were doing and fix his mistakes. This happened over and over. The store staff are fine. The problem is the pharmacy.

They never have the prescription ready. They never answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for over an hour. Walgreens wasn’t this bad.
