On 11/16/23, I drove up at 11:40pm, the store hours posted state it closes at midnight. I walked up to the door and it was locked. I looked in and there were no employees in sight but there was small truck and a small sedan parked outside. Management needs to speak with the employee(s) about this incident. I was forced to go to Walgreens.

Soooo.....the manager told me that they have an arbitrary Covid rule that you cannot return something bought from another CVS location, even with a receipt. Shameful for a pharmacy to have such a silly "because COVID" rule that has no scientific merit (returns from purchases at their location are allowed).

I have gone to this pharmacy several times now and had nothing but bad experiences. Horrible service and one pharmacist couldn’t enter anything in the computer. He had to keep getting someone else to stop what they were doing and fix his mistakes. This happened over and over. The store staff are fine. The problem is the pharmacy.

They never have the prescription ready. They never answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for over an hour. Walgreens wasn’t this bad.

I can't believe anyone goes to this pharmacy! My insurance said we had to switch to CVS so we tried it. 2 months later and numerous visits by my wife and myself and we still don't even show up in their system. This is the most poorly run business I have ever seen. We will just pay more out of pocket to go back to Walgreens.

Normally I only write reviews of restaurants, but I felt compelled to warn others away from this pharmacy. All CVS pharmacies that I have visited across the country seem to have slow service compared to their competition, but this one takes it to a whole new level. I waited in line for 56 MINUTES to pick up my wife's two prescriptions. Not for consultation. Not for drop off. Just to give the pharmacy tech her name and get her pills. To add insult, they overcharged me by $175.00. They had no record of the $150 coupon that she handed to them at drop off the day before. They also charged $25 more than the price she was quoted for the other one. These are "must have" medications., so I had no choice but to pay it. Stay away at all cost!!!!

RUN, don't walk, away from this place. TERRIBLE service, prescriptions filled incorrectly, they NEVER EVER answer the phone, takes DAYS to get common drugs filled - there is even trash all over the floor behind the counter. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Worst pharmacy ever! My pharmacy didnt have my medication so I had to go to CVS. The pharmacist (who is a foreigner) used some lame excuse as to why he couldnt fill my medication, because my doctor is in Houston. Who ever heard of that he was just too lazy to fill it. My friend goes here for her medication and thank God I dont have to because I saw what they did to her. Not only did they lie and say she had to wait to get her med when she went to pick it up they said it was never put in the computer. So then they partially filled it to which she waited over an hour for. Her daughter has a major staph infection and she needs her med right now. She was on hold for an hour trying to check the status of the partial fill and they hung up on her after she waited that long. Pathetic excuse for human beings over there. Stay away from this pharmacy you wont regret it.
