I see a lot of terrible reviews and I am shocked actually! I love this pharmacy team. They’ve always done everything they can to be sure I get my prescriptions on time and they are always very sweet and usually very quick to get them filled. Usually the wait times they give to pick them up are not how long you have to wait and you can pick them up sooner. I have never had any issues at all with them and they’ve always spoke to me about any medication concerns or ones that might have interactions together that the doctor didn’t catch. Very pleased with all the pharmacists and their team here!

These guys have been amazing through my family health issues!! The pharmacist has worked with my insurance and my doctor’s office to make sure we get what we need efficiently and quickly!!

I came in today after weeks of having a good rapport to be met by the store manager or assistant manager who obviously doesn't like his job. He basically would not ring me up for two separate transactions. He told me that he would have to report me for having two separate rewards and did not offer any assistance to help fix the problem. I've had issues with him before not being helpful so I ignored his antics and went to HEB where I got the same product for $2 less without any coupons. CVS charges too much to have a rewards police breathing down your back for a couple dollars. Please work on your employees actually acting like they want to b there and doing a better job.

The HCA hospital in Webster discharged my father with no medication. They sent all his medication to Walmart pharmacy which closed at 7pm. Mr. Danny went above and beyond to try to get my dad's medication rerouted to this CVS pharmacy. HCA sent over a list of medication instead of an actual order to fill the prescriptions. Even though they never sent the prescriptions over he still took time out of his day just to show compassion. And for that alone we appreciated him and were very thankful. Great Job Mr. Danny we need more people like you around. Haydhar also called the next morning to let me know my dad's prescription for his tramadol was in and ready to be picked up. Thanks!
