If I could give less than a 1 star i would. Mario doesn’t have the customer service skills to be working here or dealing with customers. I told him it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. Do not talk at people , talk to them. That is how you earn business you need to be friendly and inviting.

Horrible service. Will try to scam you into buying new tires. (maybe bc I’m a girl & I went alone) Replaced my front tires a few weeks ago at discount tire on Garth & they did say the back 2 tires will need replacement soon but were still ok. The young man’s exact words were “you just need new tires, there’s nothing we can do for you but replace them cause you need new tires immediately.” I went into another tire shop & they said my tires were still good, they didn’t need IMMEDIATE replacement but probably will soon. They were nice enough to look at the tire (not just glance at it like the discount tire guy did) & patch it. Will be going back to them instead to replace my tires :)

What a great experience. I arrived at about 9:30am, I was lucky because there was no line. Ezra met me at the door, holding it open for me and welcoming me in. I had gone past the Garth Rd DT, and saw about 5 people in line waiting. It was definitely worth the drive to get to this location. Great service and great people.
