Mr. Jose Torres was very professional from the moment we met him. He took the time to meet us at the Earthman cemetery when we arrived there unannounced without an appointment. We felt that he genuinely cared about the loss of our son and was thoughtful throughout the entire process.

Love going here with my grandma to visit my dad who passed away in 1997 and my aunt who passed in 2015... They are cremated right by each other... R.I.P Aunt Jennifer and Dad ,I love you forever

I will not recommend it here it’s been 7 long months waiting to get name on headstone on my mothers plot and when I call to get info they give me the run around!! They don’t even know what excuse to give

My mother passed away on 9/1/2023 and had her funeral on September 10. The service portion of the funeral was very memorable and handled with pride and dignity. The cemetery portion however was not. When we got to the cemetery and after the service when they lowered my mother’s casket into her finally resting place it was discovered that the plot they used for my mother was covered by some other families headstones. That family pursued three plots but only used two and the headstone was never moved. That caused an argument with the funeral manager that was on scene. That lead to The GM being contacted but he hung up on us and refused any further calls because the funeral was on Sunday and he couldn’t be bothered to try to help fix the problem. He told us to come back tomorrow. The only person from the cemetery that showed any compassion and come up with a solution for the day was the grounds keeper. It is a shame because our family has several family members buried at the location and all I wanted to do is move them all.It has been a little over a week and the GM has yet to call and apologize or check to see if the solution was taken care of.Very disappointing, frustrating and made an already difficult day even worse.

Beth, Jose and the incredible stuff were beyond helpful and understanding every step of the way. They took care of our Dad just barely a year ago and now our mother as well. We all feel like they are part of our family and appreciate everything they did for us. It’s so hard to lose our love ones but to have a staff that gives you grace and understanding and goes beyond expectations is rare.and it meant the world to all of us.
