I've been waiting over an hour for a rental to be delivered to the body shop. I had this reservation last week. Poor planning / overbooking. Will not use again. Have had a much better experience with the Baytown office located on Garth

Allowed my wife’s company to book a car for a one way trip then denied our one way trip the day of. Why allow the booking to go through in the first place? Now we’re left scrambling for another rental
