“Unfortunately I hit a curb turning out of a parking lot and my tire pressure immediately started dropping. I googled the nearest tire shop and it was Tire Doctor which was less than a mile from my location. Upon arrival, I could see the gentlemen were getting ready to close because they were putting their signage away. They close at 6pm and I arrived at 5:45pm. I asked them if they could put my spare on. They were so kind and greeted me with a smile and even offered to check my tire to see if they could repair it for me but unfortunately it was ripped on the sidewall so I would need a new tire which they had in stock but I was not in a position to buy one. I apologized for arriving so close to closing but they told me to not worry and it’s no problem for them. The fact that they were understanding and so nice made me feel better in a state of panic. They got my spare on and I paid and was in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you guys for your help and positive attitudes!”

“I purchased this BMW from this lot. Less than 24 hours of having the car. A check engine light pops up. Mentions that the car is having a hard time recognizing how much fuel is actually inside the car. I bring the car back for service, they do something completely opposite, and handle a recall on the car. Okay nice, but what about this sensor that I’m almost positive that is going to show up again. I’m now sitting in the dealership parking lot writing this review. Ive turned the car on. It had a range of 120 miles. I put the car in reverse. It drops down to 80 miles range. I just filled the car up yesterday. Not to mention they use my car to drive to Webster to do a recall and don’t even fill the car back to the proper gas level it was when it was turned into service. Like this place is defiantly not on my list to shop for any vehicle of any sort. I’ve asked mutleple times like hey can you guys email me my loan paperwork. Like all I was given was a receipt for 3000$ before I left with the car, like is this how your first car buying process should be? I’m left feeling like my problem is not resolved and un-clarified. I’m positive I am doomed and these folks know what’s going on. GG
As mentioned previously. I was positive this check engine light would come back because the sensor has failed and the whole gas tank needs to replaced. The service people mentioned they replaced a fuel pump prior to the car being purchased, but the issue is bigger than that. I’m going to return the car, and I’m almost positive this has to be sales tactic. You get people to spend a down payment on this car and they get stuck into revolving door of exchanging cars. The rest of the preowned cars look like complete shit compared to this one. Game has been exposed. Don’t fall for it.
Here it is 6am the next morning. The check engine light turned off and than now it’s back on again..
The mechanic mentioned they “Calibrated” the sensors like what? Man these folks are professional runners arounds.
I’ve reported this dealership to the BBB, but it doesn’t even matter. This is such a sad car buying experience.
Update again!!! I called the bmw dealership. They quoted them 6600$ in repairs yesterday on my recap and didn’t even disclose the information to me. Including a cracking timing belt, leaking oil filter and leaking oil pan. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Do not make the same mistake as I did!!

I wanted to come back to this review and give an edit. While yes my first car buying experience was a bit of an emotional roller coaster. These folks stuck through to the very end. They followed up with me and made sure the check engine light was addressed. It was not addressed as soon as I would like it to have been addressed but that’s just the story of buying used cars. You’re going to run into some trouble eventually. I made a complete donkey of myself to at-least 4 of the 5 people I dealt with here at Kia Community. I want to give my sincerest apologies, because no one should have to endure those kinds of words said to them. Outside of the profession or inside of the profession. I love this car, I haven’t had a check engine since it’s been at the last service appointment. Clarissa, Jordyn, and
Shelby are amazing people. Kia community 100% values you, it can sometimes just take some time to get everything lined up for you. I leave my previous experience, but please note everything is just fine with the car and the deal given by Community KIA. Once again I’m so sorry for the choice words.”

“This was my second time going to this shop and was served by the same mechanic. I forgot to ask his name but he does a fantastic job. I sat in the car while he and his co-worker got me out of there in less than 10 minutes. Not to forget the politeness he showed me each time I have been there. Honest mechanic.”
“I took my car here because whenever I hit my brakes, the front of my car shook. They put my car on the lift and checked the front end for worn-out parts. They have this cool machine that hooks up to my car and cuts the rotors flat. In the video, you can see where the rotor is warped and how it cuts it flat. I'm so lucky that they were able to do that because I didn't have the money to replace the rotors, and they said cutting the rotors is actually the best option since the rotor is cut on the car, there is no lateral run-out. Which makes the brakes have zero vibration whenever I hit my brakes.”

Since the repair, the car’s cooling system has been working perfectly. Overall, I’m really impressed with the service, communication, and quality of work.
