I moved here from out of state and got my car inspection here. Manager was there and very friendly. I told him I had to get to an appointment in a few minutes and he made sure they got me in and out in under 15 minutes which was fantastic.

They started working on my car, knowing just from looking (over size rims custom suspension) at it that they wouldn’t be unable to correctly aligned my tire proceeded to hold my car on the lift and do nothing with it for over an hour and then after they started working I need it only took him 10 minutes to finish. proceeded to joyride my car just for me to get the paperwork back saying they couldn’t alignment and they still charging.
Don’t take on a job you can’t do and waste all of our time!

Beware before you have worked done on your vehicle at this location. The receptionist was
unprofessional and was not helpful. I was never told upfront of any cost relating to diagnostics
or repairs and labor. The receptionist stated that she would notify the head mechanic and I
waited until he was available; even the head mechanic did not mention the costs to at least
diagnose the issue.
They started work on my vehicle before asking me for approval or updating me of what the
issue may be after I provided a brief description of what the car was doing. It ended up being a
bad radiator and a defective thermostat. The total cost of repairs ended up being $893.61;
parts- $399.64 Labor- $461.00and diagnostic check-$120.00. If I had been given a price range upfront, I could have
searched for alternative mechanics to complete the repairs for less amount. I do feel like I was
taken advantage.

*updating my review* I've been here now on and off with 3 different vehicles over the last 5 years. Kevin and his team have been nothing short of awesome every time. I'm happy to give this shop my business whenever repairs are needed or just a simple oil change/maintenance needs done. They've always been thorough and answered my 8 million questions I typically have. I always do my research and not one time have they ever overcharged me or said it was something it wasn't. I seriously respect the honesty and because of that I recommend this shop to the people I know personally often.
Got an oil change, it was only $35 for the basics. Only took about 35 mins and they were busy.They let me know I have an oil leak and quoted me a good price to fix it, also a very good price quoted to fix the timing belt. I found my shop in Baytown! *adding to review. I have brought the car in for a few things now and they're pretty reasonable about the price to repair it. Best part though is not having to wait days for an appointment but the ability to get it done quickly. Thanks again y'all.
