Overpriced. My thermostat on my truck went bad so I had gone to AutoZone and bought the part. I called express oil change and tire and was told a rough estimate of $600 to install. They did offer to double check that the thermostat was bad, so I said sure why not and headed over there. When I got there they checked my truck and came back with a quote of $740… he then told me it “could be more of a task” indicating it could be more expensive…. So I said I wanted to know what the max cost could be and was given the 2nd quote of $1312 dollars….. WTH! I already bought one of the parts and at minimum it would be $740? They were about to close so I just went home, YouTube was a good friend of mine and the thermostat was changed. I was going to go get the $40 dollar sensor they said I needed from AutoZone (only $25 bucks there) on Monday but like magic my check engine cleared and turns out I never needed the sensor. Overall I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me and I am glad I went with my gut on this one. If you tight on money I don’t recommend this place. The 1st 2 pictures are the “minimum” and the 2nd 3 pictures are the higher quotes. Overall I think I paid $120 maybe $130 and it didn’t take me but a couple hours.

Oil change was fast and people were very helpful minus Zachary. He had a slight attitude and it was very unwelcoming.( the one who helped me) They gave me $15off for being a new customer got a little book of coupons as well. However they claimed to checked a list of stuff and that they put washer fluid in my car and there is none so hesitant to believe they actually checked what they say they did.Would go back.

Let me start by saying, I drive approximately 5-7 thousand miles for work EVERY MONTH. I'm in sales so I cover Texas to Virginia, Pennsylvania to Miami and every state in between. Which translates to, I know my vehicle, I spend a lot of time in it and it has been well maintained as far as services.So, I pulled into Express for a simple oil change with my vehicle running perfectly. I was very hesitant since I had a costly negative experience at a location in GA a year ago.I was very specific about what I wanted as far as oil, filter and draining my oil from the top instead of underneath. I sat in my vehicle the entire time while the service was being performed.When they instructed me to turn on my vehicle it began shaking and surging uncontrollably. I asked Isaiah why that was happening and he asked his manager, Virgil, who said 'it's only surging and it'll settle down'. Another coworker also heard the noise my car was emitting and asked Isaiah what that was and Virgil told him the same thing.I paid and mentioned to Isaiah that I would take my vehicle for a 10 min drive to allow the oil to circle through the engine and then return if the problem persists. He mentioned it to his manager Virgil.Well, I returned 15 minutes later, I'm still experiencing the same issue and one of the other guys who had zero interaction with my vehicle or myself, came out to tell me that my vehicle was surging when I brought it in. I told him in no uncertain terms that he was delusional.Virgil was kind enough to assist me while my mechanic FaceTimed with me to see what could have possibly gone wrong.Overall, I left deeply disappointed and dissatisfied.I wholeheartedly take responsibility for going against my initial gut feeling.I will not be patronizing this chain again.

Good price quotes for brakes. They will take your parts if you buy them seperate. (Will verify they are correct) No fee to take a look at your car. The manger told me his lift was busted and threw in a discount on my quote and told me to come back tomorrow. I shopped around for this quote. Your gonna get taken care of here. Highly recommend.

If I could give Zero I would. Diagnosed my car for a Charcoal Cannister, spark plugs and ignition coils. Got the Ignition coils and spark plugs right, however they got the charcoal cannister part wrong. Spent $400 and 2 hours of labor just for it not to be the problem. Next time y’all should check the Gas Cap for a small evap leak. Icing on the cake is the receipt said $1,038 in parts, when the parts themselves costed $600 for a walk in at the parts store, and $390 in labor. Now the $390 in labor isn’t bad but whoever Virgil is needs to tell me why labor went up to $750 for buying my own parts!

Great experience. I needed to be at work before 9. Arrived at Express Oil Change at 8:10, and was greeted at my car door. That was a very nice touch, and, with fast service, I made it to work with time to spare. Great job, I Will Return.

I was traveling back to Florida from Texas and one of my valve stems sprung a leak. Virgil and his service team got me back on the road within an hour and were very helpful and accommodating. If I lived in the area I would come here all the time, thank you all for your help!

Found this place on Google while looking for somewhere to take a vehicle for inspection and wheel alignment. Made an appointment to drop vehicle off while being worked on. Wasn't given an estimated time on when it would be done but for the services I requested I assumed no more than an 1-2 hrs since I had an appointment. After an hour I went to check and it wasn't ready.. hadn't even been started on alignment yet but inspection was done. Decided to leave it overnight since I wasn't in a hurry. On the way to pick up the vehicle at opening time I was contacted by an employee to let me know that the alignment had been compeleted but there was an issue found with the vehicle during the service. They made sure to let me know that they would have a quote on what it would take to fix. When arrived to pick up the vehicle I was presented with said quote and given my vehicle. When I get ready to drive off I realize that my inspection report says it was "Failed" but no one ever mentioned it and was going to let me drive off. So I had to go back in and ask why it was failed. They said it was because the third brake light was out. I was given the chance to fix the problem and get reinspected for a pass.So I can understand why it failed but what I couldn't understand was why I wasn't informed. They could have contacted me and let me know so that I can fix the problem sooner. They could have mentioned it when they called to explain to me additional work that they were ready to quote me for. I feel like communication could have been better on their part. Makes you question whether or not you want to go back for repeat business.
