Although the start of my relationship with Extra Space Storage was a terrible experience due to false expectations and unexpected rapid price increases, Ty has been a complete sweetheart and very professional handling my situation.
This is the type of person you want running these type of facility, I've had a terrible experience in more than 90% of storage facilities with terrible management practices.
Ty is a lifesaver and someone I appreciate very much for going out of her way to help me out! Thank you! 🙏🏽

I have not yet utilized the storage facility, however, I called once to get info and then called back a second time to reserve the space. The following day, the facility manager called me to make sure I had the gate code and everything needed. All three of these employees were equally top notch in their customer service skills as well as knowledgeable about what they were offering. In this day and age, it's hard to find that level of customer service consistent across the company. Very impressive.
Oh yes, and the rental rate was outstanding as well!

I was very frustrated with the service I received prior to today. After listening to my concerns the manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She apologized for any miscommunication and I am very satisfied. Thank you!
