So I was shoe shopping, for a new pair of vans I stopped by famous footwear 8:38 (22) minutes before closing and the store was locked I knocked but no one came to the front and I seen two employees sitting down towards the back of the store on their cell phones. So I went to ross two stores down to shop around, when I left out of ross at 9:13 and got to my car and seen the same two employees I had initially seen when I walked up to the doors leaving with customers walking out right before them...I think it's ridiculous but I like to shop there and I really like to buy two pairs of shoes when I looking for new shoes and I couldn't even get in...all I can say is they lost a customer and I will never cone back to this store again I will take my business elsewhere.

Prices and deals are great when you have multiple children, on a budget, or just looking for a great deal. They were very busy last time I went with a very long line. It moved quickly though and workers were very helpful as soon as I walked inside. You can order in the store what they don’t have on the shelf’s. It took up to 3days to get shoes I have ordered on 2 different occasions.
