When I was at FedEx Office in Baytown my manager was very unfair and worked me like a dog. She would make me go in on my days off to close the store so she can go home early. She was never understanding either. I have a 3 year old who got sick at daycare and I could not leave to get him because she said there was no way I was leaving to get my own child. She is a very Selfish person, pretends to care about others but she does not. She thinks the world revolves around her. We had to adjust our lives for her but never did she help her employees. She would also never rotate weekends.. there was 3 employees at one point but she treated the guy very unfair also so he walked out on her. Just recently she was making racial slurs about hispanics. I am Hispanic so I did not tolerate it. I reported her to HR. Once I reported her she did not say a word to me. Which is very uncomfortable working with someone like that. She started tossing stuff around because she was mad about the report. She sets up her employees for failure. Come to find out thats the only reason she hired me because I am Hispanic (well thats what it felt like) made me feel very belittled. She likes to hire young hispanic females (as she said). Be ware if you are Hispanic and get hired at the Baytown location.

Does not supply tape. They want to buy packing tape from Walgreens for 10 dollars. Would not use again and would not recommend.
