Leo did an outstanding job explaining services and ensuring my vehicle was correctly taken care of and got me In and out quickly. Was very attentive and answered phones every time they rang, which most people don’t, I really admire the customer service aspect. Recommend a coolant flush which next visit we will be looking forward to get taken care of by Leo again because they took great care of us.

They stole my lug nut key and wouldn’t give it back, now my truck stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and I have to pay to get a tow truck to move it to a tire shop

Went in for a brake pad change. Told them that’s what I wanted to do and they came back over an hour later and told me that they don’t do brake pads changes but only rotor + brake pad changes. The vehicle inspection they give you isn’t real. They said my cabin air filter was bad but I literally changed it a week ago so they obviously aren’t checking your vehicle. I’ve only heard bad things about this place and I should’ve known better than to waste my time. All I wanted was brake pads changed and brake fluid flushed. In the end, the estimate was $1,100 after they told me my rotors don’t necessarily need to be changed but that they have to change them if I want new brake pads.

The service at Firestone Baytown is terrible. They tell you the job is done, but when you ask for proof—like the alignment report—they admit it hasn’t even been done yet. The supervision is clearly very poor, and it shows in how the whole team operates. It’s obvious they either don’t know how to do the job properly or just don’t care. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Baytown location on April 3, 2025. I brought my car in for issues with my headlight, tires, and oil leak, but was met with poor service and unprofessionalism. Despite my clear request to check the tires, I was told everything was fine, only to discover later that I had a nail in my tire. The staff was unwelcoming, ignored us while we waited, and provided no real help or options for the repairs. After leaving, I took my car to Discount Tire, where they fixed the issue for free. I will not be returning to this location and will be reporting my experience to the Better Business Bureau. Very unsatisfied and uncomfortable with how I was treated.

The personnel at the Firestone on Garth Road in Baytown, Texas was exemplary! They were a joy to work with and speak with. Very knowledgeable and personable. I will plan all of my routine maintenance to go through them from here forward.

Xavier located the correct size tires for my Versa, had them at the store before my appointment and the price was unbeatable. Dustin and MJ kept me informed with the status of my vehicle. They also informed about my battery, even though it tested good they recommended I have it tested further due to low CCA. The techs had my vehicle ready in record timing and the alignment was done correctly, no issues.

I should have waited and went to one of my small pop tire shops! I was told $830 for new tires then at checkout it was $900. Tried to get me to replace the lugnuts for $380 when they are $40 on Amazon! Then, you would think buying four brand new tires that you would have them balanced with the instalation but this morning when my husband drove the truck he noticed a wobble. We get under the truck and look and the weights from balancing the old tires are STILL on the rim!!! Do not waste you're time with this place. Save your money and time and support a local small business!
