Fui a hacer un deposito y resulta que las señoritas, 1 esta atendiendo un cliente, dos estan muy ocupadas en el teléfono checando su Facebook y Tik Tok, viendo videos y la otra sale de atras de un cuarto, limpiándose la boca, porque estaba comiendo, que no pueden contar morralla y me dan un montón de papeles para que les lleve las monedas contadas y acomodas al gusto de ellas. Si no les gusta que las molesten pues que se queden en su casa. En un banco se supone que hacen el deposito a modo del cliente, no que yo les haga su trabajo . Cada vez estan peor la atención.

Customer service and professionalism was amazing. Out of all the locations I have been with this bank since 2013 they are the best. They took time to help, understand and fix a very stressful situation another location caused. I don't remember names very well but for the ladies that was working 06/01/2021 there isn't enough stars on here to rate your service.

My teller today Nadia was just plain rude. No greeting, no smile, I was very uncomfortable tranfering money. When you go to a bank or anywhere you want nice friendly service. That spot does not provide it. Joe V's has nicer staff.

The worst experience ever, no online services for a week and a half, and then receive a call about being over draft, I ask why and the lady tells me well yesterday 2 transactions were processed 1 for auto pay of 10.00 for Pandora and the other a 35.00 overdraft fee for the payment. I asked her is you guys have been having problems with your online banking as well as your app why wasn't i notified before charging me an overdraft charge. Lady hangs up!! I call again get the lady to reset my online information and then she hangs up again, call a third time ask to file a complaint on the other 2 reps and she hangs up too. I go to the store speak to the same lady that has had to help me reset my pw and app and she say well i can't give credits because it wasn't bank error. I tell her if i would have known the payment was drafted in advance I would have paid the 10.00 and avoided the fee. Your app and online service and over the phone service hasn't been working for over a week, so I had no clue!! I will be shutting an acct I have had for 10+ years because of this!!
