I tried putting money into my checking account but they put it in my savings account there goes 160$ down the drain and they dont let you tpuch your savings account

The service is bad the lady at the front has an attitude we tried to ask why the card wasn't working and she responded with an attitude and she couldn't even help us with the card disappoited

If I could give ZERO STARS!!! Terrible experience here specifically and I will be closing my account. I opened an account here because my family member has been a loyal banker here and recommended them. It has been a month since I’ve opened my account and I still have YET to receive my DEBIT CARD which they told me would arrive no later than 10 business days in the mail. They can’t seem to give a straight answer about where my card is or when is coming. I was told a week ago, “it should be there 1-2 days”. Literally bank anywhere but here!

Worst Bank, they close my account because I got Laid off cause of the pandemic so my direct deposit stopped when I tried to Manually Deposit the money they decided with out my knowledge to close my account freeze my debit card, and wen I called its Unfortunate But they decided to your account our back office decided to close your accountSmh

If I could leave zero stars I would. I just moved to the area so I haven’t opened an account anywhere yet. I like to read reviews and get to know places before I give them my business. All I needed to do was exchange a ten dollar bill for a roll at quarters. The young woman was rude and told me that I didn’t have an account and she couldn’t help me. They should change the name to inconvenience bank. I will open my account somewhere else.
