This learning center has been so wonderful to us. I never had any issues with them. My son learned so much while being in Ms.Angelas class. After moving daycares and being new to the area, we are so happy to have found Footprints Learning Academy. The center is overall clean and secured.

High quality daycare. My kids have learned so much during their time at Footprints. The classes are structured and the teachers are kind. Highly recommended!

My baby started at Footprints at 8 weeks old. I unenrolled him when he was 4 months old and enrolled him in a new daycare. Here is the story: One Tuesday afternoon (day after Memorial Day), went to pick up my son and the director was telling the infant parents there may be a case of Hand, Foot, and Mouth in the infant room so please check you child’s body for rashes, etc. Tuesday night, the director sent out a health message in the app stating Hand, Foot, and Mouth case confirmed, daycare closed Wednesday for thorough cleaning, etc. She called me Wednesday and Thursday to check to see if my son had any signs of the virus. He didn’t on Wednesday and Thursday. He did not go back to daycare the rest of the week though starting from Wednesday. Saturday morning, I noticed a few spots on his body. Saturday evening, rash on both legs. By Saturday, I knew he caught the Hand Foot and Mouth virus. On Monday, I sent a message to the infant staff and admin portal stating “he got Hand, Foot, and Mouth due to the case last week. We noticed on Saturday. Handwashing and cleaning surfaces should be done after each child to help prevent the spread of viruses. Due to me and his dad having to miss work for 2 weeks, we should be credited tuition because my 4 month old and his parents did not have control over him being exposed to this virus.” I got NO RESPONSE. Just to let you all know my son was the youngest child at that daycare at the time. I called Tuesday and one of the other ladies answered and I asked to speak to Mrs. Davis. The lady told me Mrs. Davis wasn’t available at the moment but she could call me back. I didn’t get a call back. I called Wednesday asking Mrs. Davis about being credited daycare tuition due to my son being absent and me and his dad missing work because of the virus that was given to him from your daycare. She told me “per the handbook tuition is based on enrollment not attendance. She could send me which page it states that in the handbook.” I said okay. I asked her did you see the message I sent Monday about my son. She said no where did you send it to. I said the app under Staff and Admin. She said she didn’t get/see it. I said okay. I knew she was lying. She left me a voicemail Friday right before they were closing saying she was calling about the message I sent and she could show me where the Admin portal is so it could have went directly to her. I did not call her back.
Went to unenroll him the following Monday (almost 2 weeks after everything initially started). Keep in mind he hadn’t been back to daycare since the initial case of the virus. We spoke with Mrs. Davis (director) and one of the infant teachers. The infant teacher said she saw the message but couldn’t respond to that. She thought Mrs. Davis saw it. The lies continued. I signed the unenrollment paper and that was the end of that daycare for my son. I do not trust them anymore. Lack of communication and integrity.

This daycare is very unprofessional and for the price you would think they care for the kids and feed the better horrible

If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would. I had the worse experience with them. My son was only there for two days for them to tell me he can’t come back because of a wellness paper that’s was told on his second day there. Prior to him starting I asked them what all I need to bring and they said only a change of clothes pampers and a water cup. The lady in the mornings that takes the kids in was unprofessional and had an attitude the first day i dropped him off. The second day i dropped him off the same lady came to the door with an attitude AGAIN and grabbed my child from my arms a little rough as if she didn’t want to be bothered. She wasn’t welcoming at all and made me uncomfortable to leave my son there with her. Looking at the previous reviews they have a reputation of being unprofessional and not following up with the parents. But Mrs. Davis was nice and very informative.

My son has been attending this daycare for a year or so and I can’t say enough great things about this center. His dad and I were nervous to place our son in someone else’s care but he had become too much for my grandma to handle so we knew we had to. They have offered the next best thing to grandma’s love in the way they treat my son. They are attentive to his individual needs and love and care for him like family. I love the director and everyone on staff! I pray prosperity over this center as they truly have been a blessing to our family!

Always delivers and stay helping me to understand my child(ren) as the other care givers in their lives; I think it’s important to understand the children here. Dedication is key to handling children. Dedicated to their careers and always being there on time to hear, listen and always encourage the participation of each of the children and parents as well. The learning experience is always prioritized here! My child and I have learned so much here and still learning. Thanks for a wonderful first year and counting.

The facility was nice but after a long interview and tour of the facility, we were told that admissions would get us paper work and we would receive a phone call the same day. I had to call two days in a row and then was told that the class was full and that 7 students were ahead of us.If they had been honest, we would have continued looking for a daycare. Poor business practice in my opinion.

This place is wonderful! I have had an amazing experience here. It is a safe and inviting environment for kids. They help parents through the process if they are firstimers and make the drop off every morning smooth and easy. Children are learning and having fun everyday. Even the infants are learning and growing with their amazing teachers. My child loves to go to school and see his teachers and friends. I cannot say enough good things about this place and would recommend it to any parent. Thank you Footprints for all y’all do!

They sent me a confirmation email to confirm I was able to work and I agreed. They even had me pay 50 bucks for classes and finger printing because THEY confirmed I had gotten the job. It's been 2 months in counting, and they've still not emailed me hours or called. I've had to call every time. Poor skills on there part

Today my son completed his first week in this daycare and I am 100% satisfied with them. My baby loves this place. They take care for him like if he was their own. I have peace of mind knowing he is well taking care of. They provide me pictures of his day. I highly recommend it. Best child daycare in Baytown. It was worth the wait. If you decide to enroll your child I can guarantee you that you are going to love it.

If I could give them a negative start I would my children complained about few things that wasn’t so big but I still kept a eye and I ask my kids to tell me everything but this last week when my baby said she had to to the potty and they didn’t let her made her pee on herself then today Monday she tell me that the director grabbed her by the next really hard when I ask the director she was really defensive and when I asked to see footage of her whole day she refused she wanted my five year old to tell her what time of the day I told her my child is 5 she can not read time ! Ridiculous of her part just make sure to ask your kids how they day where and ask if anybody is being mean and listen these daycare are getting away with mistreating kids because parents don’t report them I have made a report I will continue to do review and share in social media I trusted them with my kids and the failed my children I’m very disappointed in the staff and director!
