Worst experience I've ever had with them. In the passed I was very satisfied dealing with Rudy, but this is not the same franks since he's left. Juan is incompetent and I literally had to do his job, the two weeks my truck was there he never called me once with any updates. They broke my truck disassembling it and tried to bill it to the insurance, when that didn't work they stopped working on my truck with no call to me. When I finally had enough and expressed to the manager Donny my displeasure he had 0 compassion and even refused to cover the part they broke even tho he finally admitted they were in-fact responsible for the damage after I showed him pictures I had and even seen pictures in their own file of before disassembly. I eventually decided to pick my truck up from them and fix it myself after weeks of being without my vehicle. I will never return to this location it's definitely not the same experience I've had in the passed. Do better franks

They need throughly check the cars before they give them back. Car stalled on me and died due to them not tightening a bolt on the battery of my jeep compass. It was an easy fix but still really stressful for someone on the go. Due to their Laziness I was left stranded until I could get to someone to look at my car.

Poor customer service. my car was there for a month. every time I called to check on my car never received a direct answer. It took so long for them to total it out. It has been gone from Frank’s collision on North Main in Baytown, Texas for over a month. The insurance. still has not received the refund check. They are not truthful at Frank’s collision. I was lied to several times about when they mailed out the check. Not a happy customer, poor communication, not trustworthy at all.

I booked an appointment and the girl was incompetent. She told me the following Thursday and when I went that day, she said it was the Thursday I called. Then was turned away. Bad business

My car had minimal damage done and the repairs are taking way too damn long. Received it after a month and a half . They claimed they would update me but they never do, I would have to call every single time I needed information. I also asked for a quote but they never gave it to me.

Took my car to get repaired through the insurance and customer service was great. Picked up my car today and my car looks like nothing ever happened to it. The technicians know what they are doing and I would recommend Frank's. Thank you for the awesome work.

Franks Collision took care of my 2021 F150. Back passenger fender and door was damaged. They had parts the parts replaced and body work done in a week! Legit 7 days. My truck looks brand new they even detailed it for me. I couldn’t be happier great job!

I stopped by today to get an estimate on my car due to a little accident in my own garage. After looking at my minor damage, she left and came back with some magic potion and proceeded to rub out all the damage and didn’t charge me at all. This is my 2nd time to use Frank’s and I highly recommend them for their quality and customer service!Service: Body & Trim

Do not take your vehicle to these people. Had our car for two months to fix a couple scratches. They did very bad work and charged me 4,600 dollars. My two year old daughter could've done better with crayons

LA PORTE LOCATION****SAME OWNER******Flakey company. I used Dr. Goodbody in La Porte for years but this building has been taken over by a flakeout owner that is not reliable; also has a Baytown location. Does not return phone calls and made a face at me when I mentioned I had a particular major insurance carrier, then stated they were full and could not accept my car. later that day, I anonymously called them and said I had a repair job and I would be using a different major insurance; he said to bring the car in, that they could start on it immediately. BUYER BEWARE

As a return customer to Frank's Collision, I am again very pleased with my experience with them, and very happy with the results of my vehicle upon completion of repairs made by Frank's Collision. They have always done excellent quality repairs to all vehicles I have taken to them, and this last experience was no exception. I couldn't be more pleased - my vehicle looks like I just drove it off of the showroom floor. Plus, all of their work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle! 7:39\nAA\n& yelp.com\nItook my 22 Tundra in for repair to Franks, was told by my insurance company they were very highly rated.\nThe truck was T-boned on the drivers side between the fender and door. The top of the driver's door stuck out about 5 inches, fender was destroyed, bed was damaged also. After 5 or so months they told me it was finished. I took it home and started looking at it, it was the worst nightmare I've ever experienced! The headlights were installed wrong, the door had a huge gap, the bed was on crooked, the bumper was falling off. This truck had\n4-K miles on it, it was brand new, when they took the bed off they destroyed the wires, this is just part of it. I took it back to them they did some adjustments but not much. I then took it to a Toyota dealer for inspection, that's when found out the frame was bent. The truck ended up being totaled. They tried to hide the damage. I hate writing something like this but I hope this saves someone from going through what I did.\nDon't ever trust anyone, get a post inspection if you have major damage to your vehicle. I exhausted my Collison and uninsured motorist policy.
