Called the police on my mother, after she came inside to call a tow truck when her car would not start. She banks at this location. Had just deposited a check into her account. Police officer said they were scared and that she was now banned from the location. These people really want to force someone to sit outside in 100 degree temps I guess. Would absolutely NEVER recommend this bank to anyone. Ever. Do better.

I am not an account holder, but now I wish I was. The service is excellent! I came in and the ladies were very nice, professional, and offered great assistance. I got way better service here than I do as a customer at chase. Thank you Andrea and Michelle for being so great and providing excellent customer service.

I have been using banks for over 35 years, and have NEVER in my banking life had an experience like the one here at Frost Bank in Baytown. There are THREE standouts (as they are always up front when I do any banking transactions), Andrea, Victoria, and Michelle. From my wife and my first interaction with our personal banker who set up the account, to withdrawing money from the indoor ATM, to going to the counter to handle other business. Any of these three ladies are the most experienced, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The personal touches (calling my wife and myself once a week, just to see "how are y'all doing today?", to "we just wanted to make sure that there wasn't anything that we could do for you") are a breath of fresh air in these times of standoffish banks who are just interested in you and your money being added to their coffers. If I could give 6 stars, I would gladly do so. Thank you to them and to Frost!

A REAL PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE 24/7 365 DAYS A YEAR! NO MORE AUTOMATED, PRESS ANYTHING FOR ANOTHER MINDLESS MACHINATED, INTERMINABLE HELL ON EARTH!! Seldom been unable to solve my problem. And coffee and cookies at every branch!
