Justin and his team at this GameStop are amazing! Every time I come in, they go above and beyond to help out. Justin is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the customers. Whether I’m looking for something Pokémon-related or just browsing, the staff is always helpful and welcoming. Easily one of the best GameStop locations I’ve been to. Big thanks to Justin and the crew for always providing such great service!

Whent to pick up apreordered game and they said they couldnt hand them out because they were still in the box in the back room. Have your preorders ready on launch day. kind of defeats the purpose.

The girl who was working here today was being very rude. Did not have my preorder ready and she was giving me an attitude. I highly recommend people don’t come to this GameStop

The employee today was rude. I just asked a simple question and he had a very annoyed expression on his face as if I was doing something wrong. Some employees also have long conversations with customers even if there is a long line.

Good luck getting ahold of somebody there. Ordered a controller for same day delivery, doesn’t show up within the time frame, or at all for that matter. Call the store 8 times no answer. Call customer support, and what do they tell me? Contact the store that doesn’t answer for a refund. After telling him that the store hasn’t answered any of my calls, he says “sorry sir have a good night, and hangs up”. Just stay away and give your money to anybody else.

This review is more on the side of gamestop rather than the shop on garth road.Simply because the service on garth road is surprisingly good, but gamestop has definitely gone downhill lately, i mean the store has been 90% funko pops snd 10% games, and sometimes on old games they’re 40 dollars despite not having the original casing or manual instructions that come with the game.
