New owners!!! Very attentive, great customer service. I had to pick up a lot of clothes today. They didn't misplaced a single item. Everything was accounted for. The guy at the front desk helped me to carry everything to my car and put them in the car so the clothes wouldn't get wrinkles. Amazing customer service!!!

Bad service and they treat their workers like trash I was there and he fired this lady in front of me cause she said she found my clothes after the owner said he could't find them.

this place is great... (being a small business owner myself I understand the hurdles the new owners have endured having to clean house of incompetent & unscrupulous employees) they have always done an excellent job on all of my dry cleaning needs. congrats to the new owners & welcome to Baytown, we need you!

Exceptional Service! The Southern Hospitality was something that really caught my eye.
I dropped off a few items last week and once I received them I was highly impressed. Just the overall satisfaction from the customer service to the quality of work, this place speaks volumes. Thank you for making me feel at home. They really showcase their versatility. I highly recommend this place!!!

Best cleaners in the area. Hard to find a quality dry cleaners in Baytown. I dropped off a suite for my daughter’s graduation early morning and got it back after five on time and dry cleaned perfectly.

BAD SERVICE!!! i was a loyal customer but recently i did notice there are new workers in the front and i have had multiple issues with them. The young short lady that used to be in the front all the time with curly hair always took care of me and had no complaints! I had about 10 pieces of clothes missing and no refund was issued !!! Don’t do service with these irresponsible people

I dropped off 52 pieces of laundry/dry cleaning on May 21st. Went to pick up my laundry on May 24th and their tag system was down but they were able to give my partial cleaning (30 pieces). I went back on several occasion and they have been unable to locate my clothes. Today I received a call basically telling me that they were not going to compensate me for the lost 22 pieces (even though I still have my tickets). They have until the end of today to either find my clothes or compensate me. Tomorrow charges will be filed against the cleaners. Losing one or two items I could see but 22 is ridiculous. Don’t take your clothes here!!! I would if rated them a -10 if I could
