I am a big GNC head, but the ones in my area are SMALL. They carry a small selection. And have nothing in the back, as i was told they technically didnt have a back. Better to just order your protein snacks online.

Love this GNC. Ask for Brandon. My friend and I just love him! Although the other staff are great too, Brandon makes sure you get what you are looking for and takes his time to talk, listen and find out what you need & want. He knows his stuff! I will not go to another GNC or vitamin store in the area without going here first. I'm so happy this store is in Baytown!

I called this store to see if they had a product in store. Brandon assured me that he had the product and quantity I was looking for. I immediately went cross town to his location, only to find that it was not the same product and the count was off. He didn't even want to apologize! He waisted my time and gas then had an attitude! I stood there as more customers came and went allowing them to go so that I could be sure I wanted to make the purchase. Then I had to ask for a discount for the product which was $10 less online. He did not listen to what I the customer needed and had an attitude I did not appreciate. Why should we have to spend our money in a place of such disrespect? I did purchase the product but assured him I would be speaking to his supervisor to which he said "Good" and further attempted to insult me as I left. Brandon you have some nerve treating people in this way after making the mistake of not listening in the first place. Is this common practice at GNC? What Shame!
